Yeah, to save our pocket burning a big hole, we need to shop around for great deal. I had been visiting fews lightings shops in Balestier & Jalan Besar to check out the prices. Personally I think that Balestier have better choices & price are much lower.

Actually, I had almost wanted to settle for a unit asking for 30K COV. But my HB was not willing to pay & we're lucky to get his flat without COV.

Went to Gain City @AMK today to check out their aircon promotion with free 5 yrs warranty . They had quoted us $4279 for Toshiba Sys 4 (27,500 BTU) inclusive of installation & bracket. We're not very convince with their service, we decided to go over to their IMM branch. To my surprised , I was @$3799 for the same brand but with higher BTU (30,000BTU)but $480 lesser! How can the price be so much different from the same company!!! In the end, we didnt get the aircon today. Bought a 42" Panasonic Plasma LCD TV (HD Ready) at Best Denki @ $1399 with free $700 taka/shell vouchers & free mounting bracket. Actually we don't have any intention to get the TV as we're only collection our keys this coming Wednesday(12.11.08). Hahaha!!! we're the "Kan Cheong" spider type & furthermore we think that a great deal & we don't want to miss this offer. Now, I'm counting down for my 2nd appt .......

I'm thinking of putting white pebbles there but not fitted to the ground, just need to remove them for cleaning & putting back again. yes, the brown rack is bookshelf . Sorry, not really know how to draw the windows & doors on the layout. The blue color writing desk is near to the window. Any advise where can i put the TV? Or shd I swap the wardrode & bookshelf position?

Two thumbs up for Neo Garden. I had ordered their service on 13 Oct '08 & the food were simple delicious! All my frens & relatives had really enjoy the food. I love the fried beehood, butter prawn, lemon chicken , satay & eclair. A big applause to Neo Garden! Service good, table layout good, delivery good, customer service good & even after service they msg you to thank you. Must try this caterer!

Is ur wall delcal expensive? How u arrange payment to the seller? Previously I had tried paying my credit card but it was not accepting leh! I had brought some delcal from forum too, waiting for the item to arrive. Is it difficult to paste?
