Hi, I have bought a PU sofa recently. But now i can see dirt marks on it clearly.Might be because the sofa is of a light shade. I wish to get a fabric cover for my 2-seater sofa as a protection so that it wont be spoiled so easily. Do anyone know somebody who sew fabric cover? Pls help

Thanks a lot. My flat is around 20yrs.So i think you and applefreak are right and the small tile pieces should be mosaic. You both understood correctly what i was trying to explain. If you have any idea of such shops where i can try searching these tiles, pls do let me know. If i can get those tiles,it will be atleast less expensive than hacking down the entire sink support which is still pretty ok.

Thanks for the advice.I am not sure whether its mosaic or some porcelain stuff. Because it broke so easily when it fell on to the floor.

Hi all, The ceramic sink support of my kitchen is in pretty good condition except that some small tile pieces which make the edges seem to drop off one by one. Is it possible to repair or replace the edges without hacking the whole sink support which is still quite good? Please advise.

Selling Buying Advice Needed
Deodar replied to Deodar's topic in HDB New/Resale Flats, Executive Condominiums
Thanks a lot moving statue. I was thinking to start viewing houses on my own and once i find one which i like , i can ask the agent from whom i am buying to do immediate selling for me.And i hope both transactions will run concurrently and i have a home to stay ultimately.Am i in the right way?Or should i hire an agent in advance and start viewing wth his help and then sell my house wth him only? Anyways please give the contact of agent which you were mentioning.Btw my target loctaion is serangoon or hougang. Awaiting for reply -
Hi all, We are planning to sell our existing resale unit and buy another resale one.We are confused as how to proceed, whether to sell first or buy first. We fear if we sell first , we will be forced to take a unit in case we are unable to find our ideal home within the stipulated period. If we buy first and then put our flat for sale still we can be under pressure if there are not much potentila buyers. What is the best way to resolve the puzzle? Please advise Thanks
