Hi, Has anyone used Sir Grout tile & grout cleaning services? Ceramic floor tiles of my home look so old so thinking to use their service to restore a new look. Any idea of how to rejuvenate floor tiles? Hacking costs a lot. Overlaying not recommended by most of contractors.. Thanks

Hi everyone, My Fertility dr at TMC has scheduled IVF for me next month. He has given me the option to choose either CARE/Thomson Fertility Centre for the Ivf. It seems he himself will be doing ER and ET whichever centre i choose. When the bus interchange is integrated with NEX and MRT, really curious to know whether the existing bus interchange will be converted to something like retail space/ kopitiam(like the new Kopitiam square in Sengkang central).Or may be it will be teared down to build some BTO or Condo.

Hi, Potong Pasir is a centralised location with good schools and the neighbourhood seems quiet also. But i doubt whether there's any supermarket there. Amenities seems to be limited in Potong Pasir. If your budget permits , i suggest you to search in Towner road (Boon Keng MRT ). Towner area has 3A flats. You will find much more amenities and food options there.

Still i think its quite a reasonable price for a flat so near to Serangoon MRT/interchange and NEX megamall. For me its a good buy. I am also staying around Serangoon Central area. I really like the estate.

Hi all, We have been staying in our resale 3-room corridor flat (flat is 20 yrs old) since 2 months.Ours is the second highest floor.We had done some small renovations and painting. Now we see some water leakage on the kitchen wall above the stove support.Wall has half tiles and leakage is not anywhere from the tiles.It start from the edge joining the wall and ceiling.Do anyone know what could be the cause?Pls advise us as how to solve this issue. Nowadays most houses are going at valuation or below value.Cov is not common.Btw is this a 4-room or 5-room unit? If the unit is very well renovated,near MRT and amenities,high level,small COV can be considered.But keep looking for more units.

According to me, the floor level doesnt matter much as long as you like your house and the location is good. I too have lived on the highest level and now i am staying on 5th level only. High levels are good provided there is a nice view . If you stay high,your house will be more bright. Low levels have two main demerits - insects problems, less brightness if there are too many trees near your unit. I am ok with low floors also if there is no blockage. I wont buy even a high level unit if it is blocked. I prefer a mid level neither too high nor low.

Hi all, Our living room has a sliding glass corridor window(2-panel) whose latch is broken and hence unable to lock the window. Could somebody pls advise whether can we replace it with a new set of latch ? If yes,do i need to call a locksmith?Or whom should i contact for such service? Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot for the valuable advice. I think this should be a more practical way which i can try. My sofa is a PU 2-seater . Its a high back sofa and not of the sleek design. But anyway, i will try to cover the sofa wth bedsheet and see how it looks. My ultimate goal is to give it some protection from dirt,sweat.Otherwise i fear it may get spoiled fast .
