hehe! today we were supposed to collect the revised quotation from Ah Soon, was told to meet at Yishun Ave 6 unit then when reach he told us he was at another Yishun unit instead, made us run here n there. Must be 2 of ur units!! Last Sat, we went to the Jurong West unit to have a look also, he told us more ple viewing at night. He is really so popular now! Everyone Luvs Ah Soon haha

hehe! yup promo still on, sofa+bedframe+tv console+coffee table=$1998, we top up $100 for king size bed frame and bought the 12" mattress as well. i tot it was a pretty good buy. the sofa is nice but i actually prefer the white one but have to top up another $100 to change the color so we got this black one instead. quite happy!

Yes, jus what we planned. Hack the bedroom cabinet totally. definitely changing the toilet floor and tiles but quite pricey. kitchen floor tiles have to change too! our budget only ard $25k for everything! Agreed! we r keeping the living room floor and overlaying the kitchen flooring. KEEP! i believe it does play a part! yes yes! can take the free shuttle bus home too! =P they r tiles, in fact pretty ugly and old tiles! have to hack n change man.

Viewing flats from Tampines 5I to Tampines 4A to Tampines 3NG to Pasir Ris 5A, we finally settled at Pasir Ris 4A with 332K + 8K.
