btw fondue, i spoke to Jason abt e lockset on the wrong side of the doors, he told me they will normally do it tat way unless we request it to be on the vertical strip. so it is actually not 'a mistake' on their side? it was intentional. hmm......

it might jus seems like $40k more for ur EM but reno plus maintenance, SP bills, etc add up, its actually a lot more lor. hehe! my pocket already burn a big hole for my tiny 4A le!

my hse also got a few probs....hai we realise our MBR feature wall not up to our expectations and not really according to our design. same goes for my dresser. do u guys really ask Jason to take them all down and totally redo? i feel really bad if i am to do tat leh. so i tot i go back n see again few days later, maybe i'll have a different feel. will it be too late then?

'if u dun like wat u see, dun ask me reno ur hse!' we only view 1 unit in Jurong West and we decided to confirm him as our contractor le. on tat day itself he ask us go choose tiles, tat is b4 the quotation is finalised lor! he super fast one, immediately go apply reno permit and started hacking within the next few days! tiling started before we even pay him the 1st cheque lor!! i ask Uncle u not scared we no $$$ pay u meh? he say this is trust mah, if i dun trust u y reno for u leh? we *very touched* lor. haha! Uncle is a really a nice guy!! truly respect!
