Renovating a study rm is about $3K+ 2 toilets about $6~$7K.....so its about 10K....though its about 1/3 or 1/2 of the price for renovating the whole hse, they do not have to do the flooring for us... Hence its less than 1 week job or just 3 days job...

my budget abt $2K for toilet... I had asked Interior Design or smtg like that...that was located in Bedok Central. I wanted to do the window grill, 1bedroom & 2 toilets..and was rejected saying they only do the whole hse... anybody can share quote with me? thx!
