    Hi Guys, I am planning to refurbish my new resale flat. Found a broken parquet floor for 1.5 sqm only - is it possible to change only on that area or have to change the parquet floor for whole room? And would like to add some electrical point on the ceiling - I assume, it can be done without tearing down the existing ceiling - Please Confirm.. I dont use ID, plan to design and manage by myself TIA for the advise!
