You dun really need to spend so much on feature wall. My carpentry contractor recommended putting up 2 alternate levelled shelves on each side, and paint that piece of wall at the back of tv a contrasting colour. That cost me less than $400. oh yeah, you may also paste a wallpaper too.

I really can't think of the pros for building a concrete base for the fridge. I can think of the cons though, i will have difficulty moving the fridge if i need to do any cleaning. So why do pple build the base for so many years? or is it for those fridge that do not have legs or rollers? It seems to be part of the standard package for decades.

Does UHome have their own carpentry and flooring workers or do they outsource?
