Hi Jessie, Yeah... we just checked again last wkend.. turns out our bedroom also has spalling problem.. 1 wall also got a long crack down the side!! called hdb.. they gonna check on the wall tomorrow. hope its not anything too serious! yup yup.. our ID also said tt it'll have to be hacked & re-plastered! hi LSO! oooh you must've gotten the hdb at a good price then!! which block are you at? mebbe we're neighbours! i'm at s'goon ave 3! keke we not into fengshui so we will be putting our furniture wherever we want... will put up more pics soon!

my ID package includes a WC- but i don't 'recognise' the brand, so am thinking of 'upgrading' it to another brand coz i'm scared that if it's not good, it might cause blockage/ smelly problem a few yrs down the road. problem is, i dont know what kinda WC is 'good'. any suggestions??

can i ask stupid question? does buying the door come with installation or not? if not.. how much would it cost to install?

oh cool! we just got a flat at serangoon central area too! 2nd appointment will be in 3 wks time! we didn't revalue it though... by the sounds of it we should have! we ended up having to pay quite high cov.... you got an excellent deal man!
