Kelvin is handling our house reno right now. Agree with forumner Gla that there has been some delay to the schedule and this has somewhat upset our plans as well. But perhaps to be fair to kelvin, this is mainly due to his poor health which is smthg unforseen and not within his control. In a bigger organization, he can probably assign someone else to cover part of his job but as a sole proprieter, he has to handle everything himself. Despite his condition, we can see his efforts in trying to push for the project completion. From the good works and feedback we have seen & heard, we still believe kelvin is someone responsible and capable of delivering quality works. We are not trying to defend Kelvin's actions because as home owners ourselves, we understand the situation Gla is in but we just wanted to share our thoughts so that the others who are reading this thread would be able to give Kelvin a fairer judgement. We definitely look forward to our handover soon.
By the way, I dun think its appropritate to discuss about Kelvin's past here, esp when its irrelevant to the case? Just thought its good to remain objective in this discussion....
Cheers
