Probably the purple will stay but have not decide on the red yet. next sunday will bring my ID and FMS to my new house to do measurement. Finalise designs will come after that.

Aiya, my wife wants the dish rack to be on top of the kitchen sink. so the currrent design to put the sink at the L-shape wont work. i dun want to have dish rack at the L-shape as it will block the light from the window so i suggest to have the dish rack at the side instead. but my wife said not convience to put the dish after washing. therefore corner sink seems workable but the cost is high. might just consider getting a normal one and place it at the same side of the stove.

I am qute tempted to buy their simona sofa. they are having sale when i visit them last week at furniture mall.

Me and my wife had been visiting lots of furniture shops in singapore. We have been to IFC, Furniture mall and those furniture shops at Sungei Kadut. Currently two sofas caught our eyes. One is from Morries (we found the same model in one the shop in FM) and the other is from Cellini. I don't have the picture for the one in Morries but I have the link for the one in Cellini Simona. I am considering to take module a and d which cost around $1770 (they having promotion now). Might get module c if i have enough budget (another $500 plus) . My second appointment has been confirmed on 17 Oct (6 weeks) . But the seller will be staying for a month after that . So reno will start after 17 Nov. Nothing on the design yet as still waiting for the site visit together with my FSM and ID next month. Design will only finalise after the visit (have a month to decide before reno start).

My contractor's supplier quoted me $170 for this fan. But afraid the fan is not strong enough for my living room.

Should be changing to swing door. I am going to change the kitchen sink to a corner sink. That's why i want to move, nearer to in-laws place too. the balcony still very draft design. Will be finalising the design after we make a site visit after the 2nd appointment.
