You'll be hard pressed to find a standalone oven that will fit a turkey.. Most 600mm built in ovens are of 58litres capacity, whereas I don't think you can find any standalone oven that will go beyond 40 to 45litres, maybe even less.. Don't think you can really squeeze a turkey in there, not recommended too cos the top of the turkey will be too close to the heating element, probably wouldn't cook evenly.

Chpt 22 : Glassworks ever since we bought the Bodum double-walled glasses, we have been impressed by how it can hold hot coffee and keep it warm for a long time yet when you hold it, it is cool. also, it just looks pretty tat started our love for collecting glassware...here are some pics of our growing collection.. L to R : iced latte glass, latte glass, espresso glass, cappuccino glass coffee gear nice and shiny sitting in the drawer this is used for this our coffee station moving on to illy's expresso blend coffee. went around the local coffee joints and realised Starbucks, Coffee bean, Pacific coffee all bring in their own custom beans. Pacific even has Blue mountain at $75 a bag of 350 gm.

hee...men are like that la, they appreciate frm the heart. they wun openly praise u, as men are lousy when it comes to expressing themeselves. dun fed up, i m sure he know your efforts and can see u are trying your best. maybe u and hubby can try cooking together on weekends so when he sees how much work there is involved, he will appreciate your hard work more. agree ! last time women very wei da everything oso can bao ga liao and they do a great job of it. for me i rely a lot on cookbooks...buy some and use the recipes in it. buy those with lots of lovely yummy looking pics so u will be inspired to cook. me oso like u, instant noodles and can soup used to be my meals. so u r not alone ok....u definitely can do it too ! the boss didnt settle the defects. we also discussed that we didnt really trust their carpenters anymore, and besides, if we let them re-do, dunno how long they will take to change things. sigh, we already delayed our move-in by one mth, dun think we want to wait anymore. so he agreed to reduce his price by the amt we stated for the low quality workmanship. hee..thanks...we love the clock too

We went to fassler again this morning, and bought some lovely salmon steaks.. Then we used the steam oven to poach it and then put some nice butter chives sauce on it.. Taste exactly like the Ikea's version!!! actually it tasted better becos it was so fresh! We were too hungry and didn't take any pictures but it was great! Also went to the place with the free food tasting and bought some yummy durian ice-cream..

My friend bought some online and I tagged along to get one.. There's a shop in Vivocity that sells the same clock but they were going at 160 each!! I got mine at 85. If you are interested I can check whether my friend can buy another batch..

Nah, was toying with the idea but end up spending the money on other stuff so Servo-Drive gotto wait till strike 4D or something..

Chpt 21 : Everything in its place Setting up a home is tiring . most of the time, we're excited to get things so off we rush after work to buy things, then bring them back home immediately. we still haven't moved in so after dragging home our spoils each night, poor hubby still has to drive me home then drive himself to his parent's place. all our weekends are spent carting home stuff and then going home to do house cleaning so here are a few things we managed to put in its place. Enjoy ! dressing up our living rm divider with this kewl flipper clock hubby purchased and candles cute aint it ? living rm cabinet finally arrives. its a life-saver in terms of providing extra storage and its the best location for our coffee machine. latte for u ? single or double shot ? sofabed in its new home in our common room

Rgd your reno ID choices, Intradesign is not going to be cheap....our gd fren's reno was done by them and his 4 rm apt cost close to 50k to do up. plus his is a premium flat... all the Best for ure reno !

haha..actually just wanted to test my stove and oven..guess baked dishes are more elaborate...but hey simple meals are great meals too u know..am sure ure hubby is very touched that u make the effort. cooking is not easy ! yah my reno ordeal is finally over! lucky the boss of the company is a reasonable guy who listened to us patiently and agreed to our demands. overall, its a sigh of relief that its finally over and life can go on. thanks for ure concern

Errrr.. good question.. You need to have space behind your drawers to install the mounting bracket so if the depth of your drawers is all the way to the wall then you can't install the servo drive liao. I did ask my carpenter before and he knows what i'm talking about so I guess the only way to know is to actually ask your carpenter. The problem is to find some moolah to actually buy the stuff.

Around 150+ for each drawer. Comes with motor and the mounting system.. You'll need a power source to supply electricity for the motor. 1 year guarantee. Oh, that's the price just for the Servo-Drive system.. The Tandembox is sold separately.

Before you buy the Blum, better confirm with the carpenter regarding the dimensions and weight of the door first.
