  1. i've been using dryer for past 5 yrs. one of those appliances that i've no regrets buying. save time and energy (though burnt a little on the pocket). for the smell: it depends. if the load of clothes is of the different cloth quality, when dryer finished cycle and you forget to take out the clothes to air. then there's may be chance that the clothes may smell. esp when there's a jean or sweater with t-shirts.
  2. $380 for each (inc of installation & the chip for controlling) at a small shop in IMM. can't remember the name. just next to carpark exit (glass door) at level 2/3 not sure about colour but there's a catalogue with all available colours. i chose white cos it's close to ceiling colour, to bland into my ceiling. may not be the cheapest in town, but too much a hassel for me to go ard s'pore to compare prices (you decide: time spent vs amount saved)
  3. i was quoted the same thing. when the installation man came to fix up my fans, he realised that it can be done at the cost of laying wires all over the place. (mine is an existing home with reno all done up).... so gave up the regulator and switch to using the IC method.
  4. hi, new here. have read through the post and gained some information for ceiling fan. made a purchase and the fans were installed today. 2 Rega 48" fans in living room. for sharing:
