Oh dear. Although i had issues with him but they didnt sound as bad as yours. My reno was completed by about a week late but rectifications were done within 2 weeks i moved in. Hope everything turns out fine for u.

they stopped growing after awhile. not sure if they are growing from the inside or on the surface.

completed my housewarming on sun. me was too busy handling the dogs (there were 5 dogs in total) & making sure everyone gets to eat, so didn't manage to take any photos. and my lovely coasters which i ordered from etsy arrived today. they are so pretty!

LOLOLOLOLOLOL. i broke out in laughter. omg...yes, this is the same sofa that i bought! the buttons fell off. now waiting for more to fall off so that i can glue them back. WAHAHHAHHAH.

Mountain teak came over to fix the problem. The same lady plus 2 uncles. Leveled the legs n tried to remove the stains. Although not 100% but at least it looks better. Appreciate their efforts. This is what I call good after sales service. I might be getting a coffee table from them again.
