  11. You know new BTO Punggol Sapphire's price? - 4 room, 93-100 sqm price between 234K - 305K - 5 room, 112-117 sqm, price between 329K - 396K - 5 room (loft), 148-149 sqm, price between 442K - 477K It's very expensive for an ulu price huh?? Is it because Punggol is so popular or the govt so $tupid to build such flat at such price in Punggol?? Or goverment has a superb plan for Punggol? Or maybe those who claims Punggol is an ulu place is just know nothing about Punggol??
  12. Now BTO also very expensive liao...270K + renovation at least 30K..around 300K liao...then how to expect re-sale to go lower than that?
  13. Should ask also..which one you prefer...Paris Hilton or Christina Aguilera? hahaha
  14. The property price will go down if: 1. We are going into war 2. Suffer severe financial crisis 3. New disease pandemic 4. Natural disaster/terrorist attack Other than this...I don't see the price will go down significantly.
  15. This is a question that you'll never get the answer. For people who live in CCK, they will say Punggol but for people who stay in Punggol, they will say CCK. There are no ulu place in Singapore...Singapore is so small and easily accessible. For me personally, I prefer Punggol because I have been living in the east for the whole of my life. And in terms of prospect, Punggol is better than CCK. But to ask which is more ulu...I think no more ulu place in Singapore...I would love to live in kampong if Singapore still has...but sadly, no more....
  16. Thanks leonnow100. Have not buy yet cos will only move in on 14th sept...anyway, have changed my mind to buy Hitachi instead. although am very keen on mitsubishi, think hitachi has got more plus points than mitsubishi.
  17. You gotta see..there are some good deal and some are not. You can find some cheaper outside. I used to work there and now still can ask my ex-colleague to buy. Staff got 40% disc on DAP and 20% on electronics.
  18. Woahhh...50K COV? Siao...for 2nd yr PR like me, not much cash in CPF...can't pay 50K COV for sure! bought a flat at 400K + 20K COV... 10% of 400K = 40K COV = 20K Stamp fee, legal fee, agent fee, caveat fee all add up to be = 15K ++ total is around 80K+ cash...just to get a downpayment for a 5 room flat in Singapore and gotta pay mortgage for the next 20 yrs, pray that the property price will not crash...seriously...getting tougher living here each day...
