bro...quote comparison is very difficult because of the difference in the house size and the material involved...even the best quote cannot be use as a comparison because the price is based on last year january i believe.. btw..you took which ID? maybe you would like to ask my ID for quote comparison and see whether you can save any money or not...PM me if you are interested...

if you asked me..its very fishy...you can try ask everyone here and I believe they will say the same...especially those who owned T-Blogs...i am sure ppl will agree with me.. judging by the works and material..it should be around 50-60k for a normal ID..even a contractor won't be this cheap...probably 5-10k lesser.. so all the best in your findings!

Interestingly very cheap though I would suggest get an itemised quote from them and compare it with some quotes you get in this forum. Sometime if its too good to be true..it probably is..hehe..

Hoping to engage a contractor and not ID as I want to save a bit money on the designing part. I am sure some contractors can work like a designer and yet still be cheap as they source their items from factories. PM me if you have one in mind. Thank you bros and sis here! P.S: Btw, I am new here.
