Hi In between the kitchen top & bottom cabinet. there is a glass back splash. So i'm not so worried except for those wall without tiles.....will it be ugly.....most people has wall tiles in kitchen

Yes, believe after completion of renovation, the ID will pass you a letter about the warranty Anyway, all firm give warranty according to HDB rule which is 2 years but some only give 1 year upon completion

Of coz free of charge . Warranty is cover for 1-2 years.
