hi, i am thinking of having the concrete for sink and stove support as I do not want to waste my granite top at my kitchen cabinet. but how does it cost to construct the concrete support..if it is not much difference from using the cabinet and granite top ..might as well make everything uniform.. anyone with experience with this can share what the pricing is like..

I used a towel rack..cheapo kind bought at giant.less than 20 bucks..can hold four towels..however if need more space just push the ones dat are dry and hang the wet ones..

i am currently waiting for my first appointment to buy a pasir ris 51..128sqm house ..it is about 7 mins walk to mrt and cost 425k valuation ..the cov is 15k..bargained to 10k but owner still wanted 15k..since hubby and i like the place as it is a corner unit and is on the 9th floor..not so low..we place a deposit for it..there is one unit on the same floor corner also asking for 60k cov ..obviously we wont take dat even thought the valuation is lower at 395k..

last saturday there was an ad on Seng Kwong wardrobe for walk in wardrobe for 5ft internal is 700 dollars.. i think that is quite reasonable.. i paid a deposit for wardrobe from closet design at 5ft for 1400 but they have doors i guess dats y more ex.

I didnt see ur letter below..i didnt know we have to pay interest cos we asked for extention to pay on second appointment. Other agents i spoke to tell me not to pay him until after everyting is over. I also wonder how come we have to pay gst for commision as well..its very unfair ..

what did they tell u? curious anyway if u look at closetdesign website the price quoted is higher than the price I got it for as it was at the expo during the home and decor exhibition..

I just paid a deposit of $200 to make a closet by closet design.. for first 5 ft they charge $1400 and after that 200 dollars for each pfr up to 10 ft..if wanna add some more ft it is 240 pfr. It comes with 4 drawers soft closing system one pants rack..additional pants rack at 40 bucks. I am so excited and I have not even signed my first appointment yet.. will be on the 5 aug.

thanks for the input stardust.. another id company i went to gave me a lower price for the same package i found on the net.. am currently waiting for quote to include other items not included in the package.. perhaps i will go down to take a look at their shop at bukit timah.. so which id dis u eventually engage?

I found a very nice package for a resale flat renovation at $30500. Almost all the things I want are in the package. However I am afraid it could be too good to be true. I just send an email to get a quotation of the additional items to get for the house. Has anyone used this ID before? Care to give comments about the company. So far I have gone to 4 companies. City Design at Tanjong Katong Complex- very professional and friendly at first visit. Can consider Kim Teck Renovation Contractor at the TKC - looks very experienced and his price not too bad but does not include all I want. His quote is the lowest of the four. can consider - at Changi Road - seems inexperienced and quote was quite high. wont consider Chew Interior at Changi Road - seems in a hurry to close sale. was put off by them. wont consider As this Ideal Reno is quite far in Bukit Timah from where I stay, I would like to listen to your comments before I go down to the place to check them out. They just sent me an email to say that they have received many online request for quotations and need about 2 weeks to process my request for quotation as they do not have enough manpower.
