I have also engaged Aaron from Gplan to do my Kitchen and common Toilet. Currently inprogress of reno work but completing soon. Would like to compliment Aaron for his patient and flexibility. only once a year we gather there so not sure still there.. But beds throw away and is an empty room.. maybe went to look for better place..

since everyone got married. Now the house is vacant. Left my grandma staying in the MBR once awhile as she will be mostly stay at my uncle house.. Think now not only one room is eek but two, three? Living room believe is ok as there is a tua bei gong.. But after that case, my grandma went to temple and get a "hu" or something. Anyway after tat case, I never sleep in tat room.. Now the room is only for our yearly CNY MJ session..

This happen to me many years ago. At that time, my aunt and me slept in one room while my uncles in another room. But when all my uncles married and move out so their room is vacant for some time.. I backside itchy and went to sleep in that room(at that time I think since is vacant and the feeling of having a room by myself is so good).. So subsequent days when sleeping in the room, I have the same dream (or is it dream??!) that someone is pulling my leg (which I feel he/she is intending to pull me out of the bed). And I still dun get the hint hmmm.. then come to one night when my aunt and me get ready to bed, so I went to sleep at the room, suddently I heard foot steps walking in the living room (at first I thought is my aunt going to her room) but realise the foot step getting closer closer and into my room... I am lying facing at the wall and I start feeling weird.. And the next moment, I feel someone is sitting and lying on my bed beside ME! I can tell you at that time I like oh sh@#$ That not all and the worst is guess what? He/she (cannot remember already and do not want to remember..) is breathing heavily behind me (as I am lying sideway facing the wall remember?)!! I really freak off.. I thought let me fall alseep and tat it or let me faint but I am so awake and am lost.. what should I do?? scream? (my mouth is freeze), turn over and dash to my aunt room but should I turn over? I keep praying praying till not sure for how long I suddently turn and dash to my aunt room.. Although it has been 10 years or more but when I am typing this, my whole hands is cold and hair stands..

Hi MaCe Yes compass reading the same as it is only the left and right side swap.. Hi Ahnah Funny layout? why funny? It is rectangle shapes overall and I like people will not see the bedrooms when coming in from the entrance. Different people diff preference

Managed to flip (mirror) the floor plan. Hope this help? Is not clear as before and the texts are all mirror

Ya loh Somemore the stupid floor plan with the measurement so blur... Have to guess guess.. My Kitchen size is 5200m x 1800m including the toilet. I am now try to sketch it myself the floor plan..

My floor plan is directly from HDB Anyway many thanks to you for your advise. I have made slight change to the kitchen layout.. Try to sketch as close to the actual measurement as possible.. Will post shortly

Yah is mirrored.. This the original floor plan given to me I already have a study room beside Brm3 and has hack the study room wall and built a fish tank there liao.. so not possible to convert that to bedroom lo..

Thanks alot for your advise. Wil have to re plan my kitchen again. As for my Brm 2, currently no issue but future will be a problem when kids grow up need to sleep separately (a boy and girl so cannot sleep together when they get older..). Going to be a headache for BRM 2..

Thanks for your advise. Ya the toilet facing the washing machine and washing basin.. Currently the toilet door facing the washing machine. Intend to change the toilet door facing the washing basin. (currently the washing basin is my stove area). In that case if stove is not advisable to put at the centre. I will swop the stove and washing basin but I will not able to change my toilet door as it will going to face the stove... Sorry the floor plan from HDB is "flip" as compare to my home so you will hv problem relate. Hope you understand what I am trying to say... bad in explaining things all along.. My BRM 2 is currently a toy room/store room.. Intend when my two kids are older (currently they sleeping in BRM3), will shift them to each room.. but now the BRM2 not good for zzzZZz.. can explain why is that so? Thanks again

Hi Intend to reno my kitchen after staying for years. Attached the kitchen layout plan and my floor plan. Hope someone can help advise whether it is ok? Entrance view into the Kitchen. Plan to change to frameless sliding glass door interior layout plan. My hob and hood will be putting at the area above the oven My floor plan (how is it?) Any advise greatly appreciated
