Hi Your friend stay at which level? Previously 1 months ago i saw a rubbish bag with food been left infront of my house just beside the staircase door. It was left there for about 1 day and nobody take away, i have no choice but to throw away. I am staying in Level 7.

I think will should help each other to catch the killer litter bug or warn each other. If not one fine day some one walking at the path will be hit by the bomb. I noticed that a lot of people using the path as a shortcut.So the timing of the bomb happen most during 9am to 10am and 7pm to 8pm.

You can call HDB and they will make the arrangement with Jovi. This could be due to the surrounding house still in renovating. Myself and my neighbour have this problem. When they repair the crack line, it will be very dusty.

Finally they are buliding a traffic light to Shop and Save. This make my life easier when i am bringing my kids to the other side of the road. By the way i am thinking that they are going to implement the Cashcard ERP System at the carpark at Blk219. Every night i can see auntie sitting there recording the number of cars going up and down. Furthermore once Bedok mall is up. I will think there will be more traffic. The two carpark surrounding our area have started putting up the Cash card system already. It could be good or bad, during the CNY season. There carpark at our area was quite hard in getting a location to park.The bad point is when the cash card system is up.When the carpark is full, The season parking car will have problem getting into the carpark. This happen in the new flat in Tampines (The Premeire).

Hi Daphn, I also waited about 4 to 5 weeks to do cement screed. If you push faster, then it maybe 3 weeks. The reason for the contractor to do with such a delay is because they want to do as a batch with other units. Never the less it will be good if you can e-mail to the Technical officer who is incharge of out units together with the documenation of the application for cement screed. Just incase if they did not take note of your application. Just use the e-mail as a feedback to the HQ HDB. By the way, If you bang the table harder they can finish the job in 1 weeks. ( 1 day to lay the cement screed and 1 week for the cement screed to dry and they will level the flooring) Just ensure that your door is in good condition after they have lay it. Last time they splash some cement on my door and i have to ask then to clean them off. A tot of advise, you need to push HDB (Technical Officer) faster if you want to start your renov faster.This group off people is different from Jovi team.

You can try Jimmy Textile at Tangjong Katong Complex. I did a normal curtain for my 5 Room flat including the Aircon windows at $960. A lot of people said it is cheap. If you do more like day and night curtain, u may be able to bargain a bit. As for the Rack in the Bomb Shelter, you can look for the leaflet on the door of our fat, There are two person, one is Alan and other is Tony, both from the same suppliers

Basically my ELCB switch is spoilt, once i install my lighting you can see if there is any issue. Your electrican will advise you accordingly. Dun worry, HDB will still repair it for free as you are still doing the renovation. As for the Door bell, i think it is location in my Kitchen as HDB have already prefix it. Unless you spend a bit money to redo it in the Living room

By the way when i started my renovation, there are a few hidden fault which you may find in your house. One of the switch in the circuit breaker is spoilt, i ask the HDB contractor to repair it immediately for free. Second, those who intend to do cement screeding, you must chase HDB via phone or E-mail (Techical Officer who handle your house) if not they will take their sweet time to do it, basically, there will need one day to do it. However Onces they are done, you must check cause they may not level even your flooring. If you put the Parquet on it, it will not be even. Lastly, the cloth hanger may be jam, i also ask them to fix it. I will suggest if you can renovate your house faster, it will be better. If not the contractor move out of the building, it will be more time in getting them. I have got the Lady Contractor's contact who manage our building.
