Yes u really heng...juz think of this, not everyone can stay so near the mrt station (less than 5mins walk) so its really worth it even if u hv to pay a premium for it~ Even I'm willing to pay for it also no such luck..the nearest I can find still need 5-7 mins walk to the mrt and I grabbed it immediately

Juz went for my 1st appt in end of June and although the completion date is in August, the nice seller handed me the keys last week as they have already shifted out few months back.. I just engaged their service over the weekend to move all my family's stuff (total 80 - 90 boxes) from my previous house to my current temporary house and storage hub (2 different locations). Those guys are really fast and efficient...they came at 1pm and completed by 4pm. Highly recommended~! ! ! Will definately use their service again in few mths time when I move from temporary house to my new house.

Used to go Ser Seng turtle soup @ tai thong crescent but since they increased price, i go for the cheaper ones at lavender food centre and jalan besah hawker..but taste wise all can't fight with ser seng leh...think die die also must pay for the more expensive one~

Hi forgotten, I've received my 1st appt letter from HDB and it was stated that I must bring a valid HLE letter for my 1st appt. I was thinking to re-apply for the HLE since mine will be expired soon. So does it mean its also ok if i dun re-appy for it ?? Just bring my expired HLE for 1st appt ??

If those walls can't be hacked, shouldnt they indicate it on the floor plan by using bold black lines?? like mine, all walls in my floor plan are in bold black lines (see attached)...meaning all can't be hacked but my contractor say can still try our luck and apply for permit.
