When I first saw this tile when choosing tiles for the toilets, the impression is : this wall tile is so "toilet". Now looks like I'm not the only one having such impression

Tiling works shld be completing soon...didnt manage to get any pics for floor tiles as currently all covered up by papers/cardboards...only snapshots of the little stairway at main door and common toilet~ Next will be electrical/rewiring works then wall plastering~ Also placed an order for a Hitachi fridge which is currently out of stock Hopefully new stock will arrive in time when I move in~ Getting the sexy black one

Only certain plans come with free FO installation..mostly those "high end" plans..must check with different telcos/service providers..

May, what drama got yr house?? Me not very active here for the past mths..like missed out a lot things leh..

Same here...previous owner did not install the FO when it is free...so I took up Singtel's Explore Home 200 and the FO installation is FOC...if not got to pay Opennet $220 for installation charges..

Hi all, Opennet has scheduled on 13 Sep for installation in my resale unit. My unit is under renovation now and if my electrical work/rewiring is still not ready on 13 Sep, can Opennet still be installed ??

I still find the road in hougang very luan...for eg from ave 5 to ave 6, although only an ave apart but u need to cross over upper serangoon road then pass by hougang central or ave 10 b4 u can get to ave 6

It took me a while to read thru your carpentry nightmares...totally unacceptable and I can feel your frustration and agony.. I'm also getting my relative to do my carpentry work...I'm keeping my fingers crossed~

I didnt even think of hougang initially...my aim for house searching was all along at Potong Pasir...but somehow always not successful after viewing 7 to 8 units there...then i chanced upon this hougang unit on propertyguru.com...its the one and only hougang unit I viewed and I got it!! something like love at 1st sight..come to think of it...all FATED~hahaha..

Although we are not personal friend but all of us here are renotalk friends leh tampines is also one of the area i like when looking for a unit as it is near my office...but my mum who will be staying with me is working in bishan so tampines like a bit far for her..so no choice i hv to choose somewhere which is more accessible for both of us...and so we end up in Hougang

Its been a while since my last update. Got my keys on 8 Aug (HUAT AH!!!) and reno started last week. Went to take a look during lunch time today...hacking is still going on and will be completed by tomorrow...tile works shld begin on Thursday... Now only 3 words can describe the whole place...messy...dusty...noisy~ ;p

what is it that owner take away ??
