oh ya. for the rinnai combo, i got a price of 1020 at indulge n 1040 at poh joo. can't really remember the model, but for the hood, de suction power is de 925 one. oo. so i can c de fan at tangs? ok. i will go there take a look. looks pretty nice n should be cooling enugh for my dining area cos i dun have air con in de living/dining area. while my living area have ceiling fan. i nv take pics of my purchases at indulge. basically i bought the hobz hod+hood, blanco metra sink, industrial sink tap, sink+tap+pop-up waste+btm connector x2 for toilet, wc+pancollar x2, instant heater x2, shower head+bar+connector+2 way switch x2, 2bar clothes hanger x2, paper holder x2, shower side shelf x 1, 2 level shelf x1, mirror x1, jetspray+switch x2, washing machine switch x1, elmark 3blade ceiling fan x2. so many things. initially allocated abt 3400/3600 for all these purchases (need to go back office to check). but spend abt 3270 =x but of cos i bluff them i exceeded budget, to make them lower de prices no free gifts though, cos every item i basically bargain till dey no earn much.

omg. wat a nice fan. i love it. if u happen to c it, can let me know where? btw, got the sona pic to share? maybe i'll juz get the sona one hey. if u r considering glass hob + hood, why not consider de brand hobz. pretty similar to rinnai n dey have lifetime warranty on deir glass breakage. n according to 3shops i went to dat recommend hobz to me, deir warranty is better, as in anything spoil, dey dun question as much as rinnai n replacement is easier n faster. but well, it's still up to u at the end of the day yeah lo. i spent like 3270 at indulge bathroom today within an hour take like 1mth to earn tat amt, and take like 1hr to spend tat amt?

aiyoh. saw de same tiles at soon bee huat today. initially wanted to use tat. but becos of de emboss design, hubby is afraid will be ez to trap dirty n grow mouldy. gonna select another tile with floral effect, but a bit like tinted mirror kind. so can c myself while showering

wah. kong tai so cheap? de cheapest i found now is hong liang at 950bucks for the white one. din know tat de white n silver one is diff price. i'm getting white cos it looks more suitable for my kitchen now de big 3s oso selling the white one for 1199 leh. ya. hong liang oso come with de mentioned free gift. i'll be choosing the microwave oven + 50bucks voucher option.

hehehe. thanx. now doing up my own shoe cabinet design. playing ard with de silver lining juz like ur cabinets haha. actually to tell u. i oredi have a full length mirror in de wiw. my wiw is not very big. de vanity side only got 3cabinets, while de door side only have 2. de rest were actually reflection coming from de full length mirror =x by the way, wat's a humidifier? how much does it cost? does it require installation from my ID? or something i can buy otr?

hehe. nothing have been done yet. still waitin for my 2nd appt to go ahead with de reno. ya. he told me if i get the 12mm glass panel n door, de floor spring used will be diff n thus will cost abt 300 more juz for the floor spring alone, without considering the 12mm glass needed. so his advise is tat 10mm is good enugh to save cost, n he showed me that his house is oso using the 10mm one. so i've decided to heed his advise n save some money

dun worry. i was oso being quoted for de 2.50 for both floor n wall tiles. but my ID is quite chin chye. abit out of 2.50 he dun really care. like de wall tiles, i took de ceramic ones with textures, n dey come to abt 3.20psf, while floor i go for 2.40/2.60psf ones, he oso quite ok. cos afterall, de tile shop will give ur id discount one la. but cannot too extreme. for living room i was quoted for de 3.50 ones. haha. but i was interested in de 16bucks one, my ID nearly fainted

actually it depends on whether u asked for water proofing to be done in de balcony?

hha. i give up. i'm not going to try. juz let de experts do de wk to save time. cost me close to 1800 for mine 104sqm 4room too. but my ceiling is higher at 2.85m
