i'll be getting my light from chelsea lighting at jurong. but i tink dey got pretty little pendant lights.

i dun think so leh. if u hack de btm, leave the top, den de top will be weak. nv hear that hack de top, de btm will be weak. of cos this is according to wat my ID told me..

most of de designs more or less finalised. hacked quite abit of wall n reconstructing a few back oso. basically all stuffs bought. left furniture oredi shortlisted, juz need go order den can deliver. so basically only lightings. but mostly plc light since false ceiling everywhere. considered nothing much to buy liao.

huh? my 1st to 2nd appt considered long? i asked de hdb officer, dey say de norm is 6-8wks leh. so i LL lo my ID busy? y do u ask that? hdb website din say permit take how long to approve leh. but ID told me hack floor tiles easier. hack wall will take longer

wah. 3 wks for ur reno to complete? so fast can complete meh? minor? how come reno max 1mth? i think de 1mth refer to all de hacking needs to be complete within 1mth, not de whole reno wor

only 2 very simple black 3blade ceiling fan from elmark. looks simple n modern for my living room. =p haha. forget to take photo yesterday when i went there to pay up wait till my hm start reno lo =p

ya. my ID oso brought me to indulge. before tat i went ard to poh joo, royal fraco, hoe kee n heritage bathroom to sources for items n check de price. head back to indulge with my ID n de person from indulge manage to beat all the prices that poh joo, royal fraco, hoe kee n heritage offered. so i got everything from them, n leave my ID to arrange the delivery. my ID oso help me bargain for free stuffs. but was told my indulge dat my price very low, cannot free liao anyway i agree tat every shop have something they are cheaper at. i find poh joo cheaper than royal fraco even on de same items. maybe only royal fraco taps cheaper. but sink n wc wise, poh joo is cheaper. heritage bathroom is cheaper in shower head n de industrial tap i want. but hoe kee got the blanco sink i wanted. anyway juz to share my view on indulge. helpful, friendly. even some though they dun carry some items that i specifically wanted, dey take time n effort to call de supplier to order from me while matching de prices offered by de other shops. ex, blanco sink from hoe kee, ceiling fan from elmark, hobz hob n hood which poh joo offered me. really save me alot of time n effort travelling to the other shops to place my order n liase on de delivery. so need to credit indulge on this effort taken!

think the price is still ard the same. cos i m getting HG-833 which cost the same as ur HG-883 & HH-678SS n is also being quoted the same price. btw, check with u. how's the hob n hood? good? anyway encounters so far? suction good?

my future hm dun have a storeroom. hacked it off to make my wiw. wat rubbish do u need to store? rubbish goes into de bin haha. no la. food goes into de kitchen cabinet, shoes go into shoe cabinet, i dun read newspaper, clothes/bags/suitcases goes into wiw, vacumm/ladder goes into de 1.5ft width full height cabinet i built in de kitchen to consume de pipings. other than that, dun see anything more i need to store? maybe u guys can advise?

was quoted 850 for the hob n hood by poh joo. went down to indulge, actually indulge dun carry this brand. but the person very nice, call n help me order, den dey match de price poh joo give. while dey call, de price quoted by hobz itself, i can c dat hobz sell them at 846.70 oredi. so dey only earn like 3bucks+ still need to deliver to me dey oso help me get de blanco metra sink at 399, de price hoe kee selling

ya. 925 is quite powerful i would think. but i m not getting that. i got the hobz one with suction power of 800 only. cos heard for glass hobs, best to get hobz, since they got lifetime warranty on glass breakage yeah. wait for my pics after i install them. but still a long way to go but i nv buy super nice one. juz avg nia
