mine is oso 104sqm resale. my id charge me de following: 1 : Change Grill - window(1100) 2 : Change Window (3140 - approx 240sqft), toilet(450) 3 : Replace existing sitting to sitting toilet (80installation+250toiletbowl) 4 : Change squatting to Sitting toilet(150change squat to sit+80installation+250toiletbowl) 5 : 2 X toilet Tiles Overlay (wall tiles for 2 bathroom@2400+ floor tiles for 2 bathroom@800) - my ceiling is abt 2.85m btw 6 : 2 X Foldable toilet Doors (220x2=440) 7 : Kitchen cabinet (just change skin) (laminate u mean? i not sure abt this) 8 : Kitchen Hood New installation (FOC, but buy own hood) 9 : Painting (paint@1160+sealant@100) juz a rough guide?

my ceiling height is 2.85m, but ID oso going to tile all de way up wor. leaving some gap in btw at de top is wierd? juz pay n dey wil do deir wk

yup. plc lights at chelsea is abt 23bucks each. but they dun have much light for my dining area. need to look ard more. hehe. i still got some time before my reno kicks in, n if i'm not wrong, lights wun come in so early. so maybe when reno kicks off, den i'll order de lights.
