Congrats on your new house! Wah! Your bedroom is super big! Big walk-in wardrobe~~~ The whole sunken in balcony area will be wardrobe~? So nice ^^ Maybe can consider glass door in the MBR (before wardrobe / study)? Else may need very power aircon?

Hi! Been a long while since I updated this blog. Last weekend, got a visit from my HB polymate~ They are going to renovate their 4RM flat and had came to understand more about renovation process. This had perked my interest to do a 3D design for their floorplan, so here's the design done over Sunday & Monday. Appreciate comments on the design =^-^=

Thanks reiki, pinkpetter, ivy, familyof4, koikoi, smallboy, mrspiglet, praisey & pinklady for all your compliments. xherion i got the dining light at $380, from focus de lighting at balestier xvirusga76 my living and kitchen tiles are the same. they are all glossy =P we thought about having non-slip tiles before... but didn't like the segmented look. we got a piece of our chosen tile back, pour detergent over it, and walk about on it in the bathroom and find didn't fall, so we decided to have all same tiles ^^ we don't do any deep frying, only stir-fry, so far no problems with smell on furniture~ i got an exhaust fan of 1000m3/hr though ><

Hi alyplwwf, Yup, checked with them before that can buy own tiles. However, cannot buy too big tiles, so our floor will be still using 20x20cm tiles. For the 40x20cm wall tiles, I have to reconfirm with them again. Still waiting for my contractor to give me the pricing~ Thanks for the info! Will pass the key to the upgrade office then. Hi mwerkz, lushbelle, applefreak, Got the bed from Seahorse Tiong Bahru @ S$639.50 after the leather change. Mine will be cream color, like the sofa color. Black one I think is $450+? The sofabed also from Seahorse @ S$499.50, half leather, comes with a mattress pad and pillow~ ^^

Purchase on 27 Oct 08 Bought my storage bed for master bedroom yesterday. Maybe abit tall for some, but I <3 the deep storage area beneath it. Planning to store my luggages, spare tiles, loads of misc items in it~! As for the sofa bed, I still cannot decide on a suitable sofa for the living area. Gonna use this temp (or maybe perm ?_? ) and try to find one that is comfy, stylish and not too harsh on the pocket. If I found my purr-fect sofa, this shall go into the study room ^^

Hi alyplwwf, HDB will be doing mine between 22nd Nov to 5th Dec~ Yours will nearly finish before mine starts! Anyway, I'm thinking of changing the floor tiles and 1 panel of wall tiles for the toilets~ Must go give 'kopi $' ask them help me lay the different layout =P Oh, will you be in your house when they are doing the upgrade? I'm starting my new job on 3rd Nov... can I just leave the door open for them for the 11 days?? Loads of things to try to settle in my remaining free time X_X Gotta find some one to take away the furnitures too... Got a new set of bed frame, wardrobe, dressing table with stool unused.

Hi bakebeam Yup, thinking of changing the artwork~ hehe, u see till so detailed~ actually, i forgot to unhide my false ceiling layer, so it didn't get rendered~ the ceiling supposed to be the same *ganna caught* lol Hi melody8 The sink is from bellari~ Actually, now thinking of changing to a smaller sink >< Got only 300mm between my stove and sink~ den my HB was saying that from what he observed, I usually don't use the 2nd bowl... very true too~ so now thinking of changing to a single bowl ^^
