Ohh! I always love island kitchen but too bad my place too small for it >.< Or maybe you can get it on wheels~ then if you need more space you can push it against the wall under the right side top cabinets?

Congrats on your new house! Wah! Your bedroom is super big! Big walk-in wardrobe~~~ The whole sunken in balcony area will be wardrobe~? So nice ^^ Maybe can consider glass door in the MBR (before wardrobe / study)? Else may need very power aircon?

Hi! Been a long while since I updated this blog. Last weekend, got a visit from my HB polymate~ They are going to renovate their 4RM flat and had came to understand more about renovation process. This had perked my interest to do a 3D design for their floorplan, so here's the design done over Sunday & Monday. Appreciate comments on the design =^-^=

Thanks reiki, pinkpetter, ivy, familyof4, koikoi, smallboy, mrspiglet, praisey & pinklady for all your compliments. xherion i got the dining light at $380, from focus de lighting at balestier xvirusga76 my living and kitchen tiles are the same. they are all glossy =P we thought about having non-slip tiles before... but didn't like the segmented look. we got a piece of our chosen tile back, pour detergent over it, and walk about on it in the bathroom and find didn't fall, so we decided to have all same tiles ^^ we don't do any deep frying, only stir-fry, so far no problems with smell on furniture~ i got an exhaust fan of 1000m3/hr though ><

Hi alyplwwf, Yup, checked with them before that can buy own tiles. However, cannot buy too big tiles, so our floor will be still using 20x20cm tiles. For the 40x20cm wall tiles, I have to reconfirm with them again. Still waiting for my contractor to give me the pricing~ Thanks for the info! Will pass the key to the upgrade office then. Got nothing inside ^^ So your schedule doesn't coincide with the school holidays for your girl?
