When they delivered the dining chairs the first time, I removed the cushion cover and to my horror, the chair seat padding is black and moldy! The chairs look like old, used pieces! Their service problem is not just the logistics issue. When I called them to confirm or check something, they say they will call back but they don't. At one time, the sales person said she will ask her boss to call me back, and I ask her to give me her boss's number, she did not dare to do that, and she actually hang up the phone on me! After that she switched off her phone completely!! What kind of service is that?!?!

Delaying delivery is one problem, the bigger problem is when they delivered the goods, there is problem or defects on the good! Yesterday, they delivered the dining table and there are cracks and scratches on them! And they said they can only send replacement set 1 month later!! And they EXPECT me to call them in one month's time to check with them!! Really bad service!! The deliveryman mentioned they always have to bring back goods that they deliver to customers cos customers reject the goods due to bad condition. Anyway, for those who have bought from them, do check very carefully when the goods are delivered. For those lucky ones who have not bought, DO NOT BUY FROM LIVING STORY!! (Genting lane)

Hi all, I also had a very bad experience with the fake shop "Life Story"! Unfortunately for me, I only saw poppytree's post AFTER I bought something from them, and true enough, this shop is really bad! First, they delay the delivery date a couple of times (reason being they are waiting for the furniture to come in from China). Then when the delivery finally came, the model was wrong, and the worse thing is the furniture delivered was mouldy and dirty!! When I call them to ask for refund, the boss's attitude was unprofessional and rude!! Anyway, do be careful and do not buy from this "Life Story"!!
