Warm white led lamp are available. Beside warm white, they are available in Cool White and Neutral White. There are better than halogen replacement LED in the market but none are available here. You can order from oversea at about $200 a piece. IF you are a DIY person, I have LED drivers and LEDs in 3 different color tone. They are from the 290lumens variety which roughly equal the output of a 20W halogen lamp. I can fabricate light housing in your design as well.

Thought it was good idea to remind forumers to check their water heater wiring. Recently, my water heaters stop functioning and the electrician traced it to a burn up junction box. The junction boxs was replaced but it burn out again in a couple of days. Instead of calling the electrician this time, I check the problem myself. Found that A. Heater was supplied with severely undergauge wire. Storage water heater required a min wire gauge of 70, size 40 was used. B. Thermostat was not properly set. These nearly cost a fire in my house as evidently, the junction box was melted and the circuit breaker did not trip. It is very easy to check for undersize wire, turn on your heater, touch the supply wire, if it feel hot, undersize wiring is used. It should not feel hot in any circumstances. Thermostat should never be set above 100degree celsius. Water will not boil above 100degree. The heater will not stop running even when water is boiling - not only run up your electric bill but also an explosion risk if the pressure relief valve is blocked. You cannot tell the wire gauge by looking at the wire insulation, size 40 or 70, the insulator thickness is the same and the gauge size on the insulator may not be correct either.

Man find other woman very simple. 1. You grow into fat, ugly cow in ugly house coat. 2. The sex with you very the boring. Go try outdoor sex or something. Do something naughty, go buy clothes and sex in the fitting room. wear something naughty. Do the unthinkable, get dirty. Dress sexy, buy good lingerie, not rabbit brand. Act like a **** at times. 3. You constantly nag and nag! 4. You keep denying him sex. 5. You won't sex yet you won't HJ or BJ in place! Me a guy, me point of view. If you are not the above..then you got a piece of **** guy and I know from your writting, you are a sweet nice, naive, simple girl so take his money and leave him. Man who sway will always sway because the bugger has no willpower. Go read sammyboy.com. Wah lau! So smelly how to sleep man...bloody smell get into hair (not manly, wait friends laugh!) You macham man know romance like that..don't act cute lah...act cute not cute is a big turnoff. Man don't know hint..just come straight to the point. And yes. MORE SEX.

Ideal House Id
doggydo replied to bubblepearl's topic in Renovation Contractors, Interior Designers & Suppliers Reviews
Have recently engaged Ideal House ID. My ID is Peter. ID is not bad, easy to work with, responsible, solve problems fast. Recommended. Does check on work done daily and not dissappear until problem arise. Service : V.Good. Happy. Design : Average Tiling Work : Average, nice worker who take initiative to ensure practicality but then, some time, we like nice..who care whether damage in the long term. Pumber : Average - Installation of rain shower no good. Loose. Main Tap, Crooked but generally ok...hardworking guy. Carpentry : Average. (Have better carpenter before but then my last reno was $13K for just a small kitchen, so not fair comparison) Some furnitures has dent and dink..polly because they transport furniture on motorsikar from M'sia. Skill depend on worker. 2 of the worker are very good. Can see got skill but some...I think OJT lah. Painting : Good. Workers not too bad, fill up nail holes and crack automatically without being told. Electrical Work : Calculative guy. I replaced the switch for heater in the masterbedroom. He do the wiring for heater..I don't have screw for switch and he won't bother to screw in the socket for me. Light installation is half hearted. All my lights installed by him need to readjust myself. On the whole, not bad but coordination can be better..but I also take my own sweet time and they taking on a project that is half finished (i sacked the previous contractor, FXXKer!)
