I would have hired Angeline to do up my place but now have to defer as have some medical issues with a family member. The reno will be put on hold for 12-months. Having spoken and corresponded with Angeline, I found her service to be prompt and efficient. She actually listens to what I want and quotes accordingly. I changed my mind 3 times on specs and she amended / altered the quote accordingly without any fuss. When it's time to revisit the reno issue, I be sure to look her up again. -
I suppose this comes a little too late ..... I used to be a frequent customer of YLZ. My experience as far as personal FS goes, he's good andget results very quickly. Only thingis customer must be willing to spend $$$ on products. His products not cheap at all. Small jade pendant minimum is 2K. Wealth ring ranges from anything 7K and above. His people will try to push agar wood products and bracelets - easily 10K and above. House audit for condo above 1.4K sqf is almost 3K and this is after 50% discount for being a VIP member. His sales folks will callofetn and tell you that during 'this'period you need to get this product to enhance this, that or the other. He is very talented with bazi reading imo and if one is weak and susecptible, one is likely to spend a fortune on products and YLZ products do cost a fortune. At the end of the day I've come to realise that FS is only one aspect - most impt thing for me now as far as my dwellings is concerned is peace and positive energy.

Usually most IDs will not include quote for re-wiring. Normally these things + soft furnishings will cost a fair bit -

Care to share the scope of work and who else you asked a quote from? I found her quote to be actually cheaper compared to some of the quotes that I have received. -
Good luck with the reno. I like the looks of your proposed kitchen and the 1/2 or 3/4 glass shower screen. Looks like HDB has a standard 3 room template. Layout looks exactly the same asmy MIL's in Circuit Road. Wherein AMK are you? In at St 32.

I have this HG shower set for the past 2 years. Solid quality and no major problems - touch wood.

Looks good. How much is the gorm system from Ikea? You assemble of they do for you? Tks.

Tks Ivy. Sent you back a PM.

To be honest I don't know. I'm Indian and I use Chinese Geomancy and it has cost me a fortune in terms of products...but the results are there. I don't think there is any harm in removing. Is there any chance of you getting hold of the previous owners? Maybe theycan enlighten you? Off topic but everytiime I pop around the shop to ask for some advice, one of the sales people will try to sell me a product that will enhance my financial life, benefactors etc. Cheap is ok but these products are 10's of K. I said no and enough. Now am looking for a reliable FSM to advice on: 1. Start of reno 2. Symbolic move in date 3. Actual move in date 4. Auspicious time to re-instate some FS itemsthat I currently have in my flat to my new place (for this I guess I will have to go back and ask them )

This is the way to do it. 2 years ago when re-reno my 2 toilets and kitchen, I can back to check and I found my kaypoh neighbor from another floor in my MBR having a look around. Should have seen her face when she saw me. I really gave it to the ID and the workers for being so slack and allowing strangers into the home.

Wrong forum by the looks of it.

You should just go ahead and remove it. I'm catholic and we do belief in God and in Satan - Ying Yang / Good Evil. Being Indian Catholic myself I am unfamiliar with this practice. My relatives are Hindu and when my wifey was expecting our kids, my aunt asked me to place a pen knife / nail or a sharp object in my wifey's handbag to ward off evil / pontianak type creatures .... seriously. So I'm not sure if this has any connnection.

There is the legal matter vs the parasites. I bet it would take a silver bullet or stake or summat to finally be rid of Hicks.
