The tiles the BSC guy show me, i dun like leh.. Than they ask me go over to their supplier to see. He told me that I need to top up the extra if i choose a higher price tiles. Anyone know how much is the price per sq ft for the existing ones? Most of the tiles I like are at lease $2.4psf for wall and $3.6psf for flooring.. Sure kena carrot one.. I went to 3 shops in that row (the recommended shop was the last I went, Most variety, but more expensive).. see tiles until blur le.. Now I really need help.. I only can decide on the living room tiles.. the easiest.. light colour.. now the kitchen and toilet.. very hard to mix and match leh.. @@ Dunno i shall look for a ID and help me choose and do up my reno or just choose a simple one and wait for someone to come back than reno.. I really dun have idea to settle it alone. The worst part is that I need the flooring to be done by Sept (Before my ROM) . Now 7th Month.. Dunno can Renovate a not. HOW??

Dunno sure a not. She talked to my BF when I am busy studying for exams.. Saying that the living rooms tiles no more same batch stock. and dunno wat equipment they used.. she mentioned that there are some hollow that i nv mark.. She checked hollow faster than us.. Now she is seeking for approval from her Superior, will get back to my bf tml.. Hope to heard good news. Cross fingers.

I remember last time when i am working in office renovation film, our electrician are not LEW. What they usually do is that at the end of the whole wiring and electricial work, they will get a LEW to come and verify the whole project. With a cost la.. For HDB there isn't a need / must to have a LEW to do up ur electrical work.

Go through HDB Officer ba. My office is a lady called Ng B. H., she told me that. When I collected the keys at HDB last month end, the officer said that the BSC had already move out from the carpark.

I am going to use citygas water heater. I dun need the dryer. I met up the the HDB officer yesterday morning. She said that I will not be meeting or liaise with the BSC for my defects. I have to contact the HDB officer directly. Anyone have the same issue? I want to change my shirting in my living room.. As what ckoonyin said, can also push in a piece of paper in the gap loh.. some area.. even 3 to 5 pieces of paper loh.. The uneven of the tiles.. she mentioned that if the uneven is more than 1mm than it is consider defect. So sharp.. So sad..

I went to the HDB Jurong Branch at Blk 518A.. Near where I stay now.. walking distance.. (But 15 mins walk) hehe.. BTW, we need to summit a set of keys to them, what u guy give? I saw some of u use bicycle lock.. hehe.. Ya ur quote actually is reasonable. BTW, count me in for bowling and pool but not ball game.. but i will only be free after 25 july.. exam coming.. Ya.. I sat on the dirty floor and use a coin and hit on every tiles on the floor.. i find it difficult to hear the tiles on the wall.. i spot one very jia lat one on the kitchen wall that is very obvious to listen. I haven't clean the floor to check for stains.. hai.. long way to go.. and the uneven tiles.. alot...

Defects as below.. my living room tiles alot of uneven. the edge of most tiles have high low.. a bit sharp.. this is consider defect right? and ofcos hollows.. toilet have too. hai.. bedrooms wall got crack line.door stopper in all bedroom, rust (master bedroom - spoil)all top window handle rust + hard to open and close..1 of the window in the living room open/close got sound..skirting in living/ bedroom got problem. Female cannot stay together in 1 cage.. but male can.. sound like human??? haha..

Took keys liao.. Open door also.. We went HDB early and get the keys earlier. went to my new house and rough see.. everything seems ok leh.. Touch wood.. hope everything goes well.. my house layout totally different from all of urs.. if u want to see let me know.. day time pls.. no light.. haha.

Hai.. Becos of the AHG la.. you tot government will give you the grant for free arh.. the condition is that I need to produce the ROM Cert when collecting my keys.. So yesterday I book a date for ROM le.. with the confirmed ROM date, we write in to appeal and now that "responsive" officer call my bf today and tell him that appeal is approved and we can go down tml afternoon to collect our keys le. I hope nothing goes wrong.. Can with you guys something.. Can I open my door in the evening? like 6+? cos my appointment is at 4.10pm. i tot of going down after i collect my keys.
