I so long nv log on.. now got bowling leh.. Sorry, I can't make it this sat. I need to settle my lights, city gas, sourcing for furnitures, etc. not sure wat time i will be finishing.. Gong Xi Gong Xi, DLIM. Hmm.. wat hk criminal drama? cannot guess, just finish exam today, my brain dead.. haha.. Hmm.. I just change my "under the sun" to "green green" early this month.. I did write a feedback that day on their waiting time on their hotline and their customer service attitude, the senior officer did call back and get back to me on the information i need. will it help if everyone writes a complain/feedback about their poor reception at our place..

Haven reno.. these are work done by BSC.. They are taking their own sweet time.. and defects found.. I dunno why they still use this tile. It will be a waste of time asking them to redo this area.

haha.. I just finished my feedback.. shoot!!! hai.. doing the feedback make me "HOT".. saw a chipped tiles after they redo my flats. use blur cutter to cut the tiles somemore.. Hi hi, I need help, it seems like now a days I seldom see people use the PVC for the corner (90 degree edge) of the walls or the edge of the steps of the floor. Is there any other way not to use the PVC? My wall tiles are white in surface but the rest of the tiles are cray colour. It seems like hard to joint the corner, I am wondering how the homo tiles joint at the 90degree edge without the PVC. Please advise. Thanks. Another question, is it a must to have skirting for the walls in the living rooms? What is this Skirting for?

I sent the email to QSM last wed nite.. I waited until Mon, no reply, I called QSM Hotline.. End up, my TO get back to me .. She said that he will talk to her boss. At least she listen to what I want.. But... as u said she got no power.. Keep asking me whether I will to choose back tiles that is the same size as what HDB provide, then labor cost I dunno to pay.. she tot choose tiles so easy arh.. I see until @@ loh.. "BIGGER HEADS" will help ba.. haha.. hopeless leh.. have to do until so ugly.. hai.. Now i really "gek xim" loh.. I dunno y HDB want to build Premium Flats loh.. I just received the Quote from the BSC. They need me to top up $400 for the sand.. Said that if HDB is paying, than they will not charge me le. Said becos i am using the wet method, more sand is needed.. Blur Blur Blur.. + $1k+ for labor... Tiles shall be abt $3k and the rest are labor and sand.. so total is $4k +.. hai..

My window rusted too.. Some update.. I went to a few contractor in my neighbourhood, They mentioned that no matter wat size of tiles, I am using, the labor cost will be the same. DLIM, Can you PM me the TO's bosses email address? I am going to send email.

Hai.. worst part is that I only got 1 mouth to argue with them.. sob sob.. sure loss de.. I really have to learn from you, Today I called TO regarding the tiles things, ask her to write an email explaining the whole story, then she said it's not her work of scope, by right she is not suppose to get involve in the pricing of the tiles, etc. blur blur blur.. I really dunno how to manage them..

Hi all, My TO did asked BSC on the labor cost. She mentioned that its for my wall tiles. becos i choosen 60 x 30 not their 20 x 20. that is y they need special (another group of) people to handle. The tiles are bigger, heavier, and it's difficult to manage. the original guys can't manage it and the wall maybe uneven and etc. TO can't get involve in this issue.. :s

Hai.. I called that HDB lady to check on the labor charges thing. She is also unknown about it and she have to call BSC to check on this issue. Will get back to me today or tml. Those people really want to suck my all my blood out.. If I am not wrong, that guy told me that he need to hack the floor deeper. i think is wet method. Than Mahjong ba.. Hey guys, BSC called me just now regarding my flooring and walls. They quoted me $2k+ for my tiles top up and abt $2k for labor cost. I asked them why am I paying for the labor cost when it suppose to paid by HDB. They told me that becos I choosen tiles that is 60 x 60, it different from HDB's size. Is it true?
