Need to ask can i put a leather loverseat in the balcony? Will the heat/ morning sun do harm to the leather in the long run?

Hi Guys, I'm currently doing 1st time reno works for my house. Just a few questions to ask: 1) what is the type of glass ppl usually use for their veranda? I'm looking for something that will not intrude privacy, like a one way thing i can see outside but outside can't peep in. What is usually the price of such panes? 2) I'm customizing my wardrobe and bed (platform bedframe) what wood/material would be suitable? I'm looking at something that can last... and not too pricey.... 3) Cos i'm switiching my veranda into a loungearea where i'll be putting my LCD TV, will the sun overheat my TV even when it's not on?? Please help.... Answers will be much appreciated.
