My system 3 trunking is done exactly the same way as yours. The only problem is the bedroom 3 trunking which runs on the wall where the future wardrobe is. If I buy a wardrobe unit then the wardrobe cannot be so high. A better alternative is a built in wardrobe to conceal the trunking.

Hi guys. I've got a question. Which location are you going to put your curtains for your living room? I can't decide From what I see there are two locations to install curtain track: 1) underneath the beam at the windows. This will result in the curtains being closer to the windows. The curtain length would be shorter too. 2) On the ceiling. The curtain will be longer but the curtain will be further away from the windows. ANyone care to share on their curtain set ups?

That's what I thought. But my ID says the 187 is for debris only. My ID says 1000 bucks is for haulage and supply of sand for tiling works. Anyone else here quoted the same amount?
-
Ya, my ID also quoted me $1000 but when I checked with East Coast town council they say we only need to pay to town council $187 bucks. The customer service officer said the fee covers haulage AND debris.... how leh.

Hi Bubbly.... mine is 5 rm too, ya the washing machine point location is brainless. But if we move it to the end of the yard, then the clothes retractable system "rope" cannot be accessed easily don't you think?
