i think some problem with the company itself in this case. this is the 2nd case that happen. It just the case where all reno ID "teach" each other how to cheat on ppl. Guess u guys can go report police first. It would be better if you guys can report together so that the case can be a case of cheating. Anyway, just an updates for Roger LIM case. He had been caught by ther police and the court and sentenced him 2 years in JAIL. Anyone else which have a case with Roger Lim can contact me, so that can report a civil case together.

just some updates -> check your toliet ceiling & MBR windows ceiling. i found water leakage @ @ both side. For MBR windows ceiling i reported to HDB officer, after he come and inspect and told us due to outside wall got some problem. it appear some a number of ppl reported. Town council had been informed to refict the problem.

at last found the 3M stainless steel cleaner @ $10.15 @ homely hardware. :)

spam spam here. it tirig things to do reno, but anything related to $$$ need to be careful. a lot of cheater out there like to cheat first timer like us. A lesson learnt for me, less deposit, i only paid them when they finish what they had supposed to do, or what they suppose to buy. No pay in advance to allow them to buy material etc, if they don even have $$$ 2 buy the material, how they going to run their business . . . .
