For the chips, they replaced the whole tile. Believe me...it is a dirty and tedious process. For the light scratches, he is proposing to polish the entire floor whichi should be happening this Sat. Hope all goes well...

Guess I can join in the queue. Bought a Samsung LCD @Comex in Aug. Still waiting to collect my HTS...supposedly no stock. Now on waiting list...zzz...the wait is killing me. Home is done up...now just waiting for HTS to come in. Any1 can confirm does Morris actually call us back to tell us when the stock arrives or do we need to be proactive? Any tips or complaint channel?

Let's see how Starhub responds to this. For now, I only know that the digital voice service basic fee is free till 2010 which I feel is a good deal considering wat Singtel is doing. Only time will tell.... Hope and pray for the best

Yeah read this. Hope that Starhub doesnt increases the rate for the digital voice service. If not, there'll be no alternative for us other than the internet. Just use mobile phone? Reception's pretty bad in the estate. zzz.

Yo peeps, Wanna seek your valuable advice on something. Currently, our home is in the 'rectification' stage after reno. One of the defects are line scratches on the homo-tiles. ID has proposed to 'polish' all the tiles for us. Question is what are the after-effects of this polishing? Will the tiles lose their shine? Any1 done this b4? Tks.

Hiya neighbours, Would like to check on something. Just got my Sep electric bills. There's 1 component "Installation of gas pipes and cooker by Citygas - 100 bucks". Is this supposed to be the gas activation by Citygas?

U talking about those stickers which u stick to car or the windscreens? Y not get those? They're easily available and u should be able to get them for ard 20~30 bucks i believe, for the small 1s that is.... If you need bigger 1s definitely need to customise....I know of a few places that does these for cars...

We have spoke to D@n from Fuse b4. He seems a nice chap with brilliant and creative ideas. Was actually recommended by a fren. Yes have to agree that his design is rather unique & nice...was actually looking forward to getting the drawings from him after he promised to get back by a wk. OC seems to prefer female. Actually we have been to Pasir Ris farmway a number of times. Recently saw 2 Spitz pupz going for 1.3~1.5k. Most shopping ctr's petshops selling them for 1.8k. Just wondering what's the dif in the pricing. They kept mentioning it's the conditions where the dogs are reared blah blah.... How's ur Spitz's temperament & maintenance?

Normally cats are like this. They like to wander off and then out of the blue, appear again. My OC's previous cat is also like this. Glad to know that smoky is fine. Hi Jacky, Popped by Comex yesterday to get my LCD too. The offers for Sony bravia is not that fantastic, i feel. Freebies=$200 voucher + hdmi cable. It's still the most ex of the lot. Wat to do...value for $$ and brand. But u can pop by to check out the XMM (xiao mei mei)...LOL. One new exhibiter I've seen is Mustafa! 1st time I see them there. Woah....they're also selling LCDs but mainly Samsung...

Actually there is 1 solution...they should allow the lifts serving the upper flrs to serve the 2nd flr and the sky garden flr too. At least ppl on the upper flrs can access these features w/o having to TRANSIT. Or the other thing which they can do is to increase the number of flrs in the MSCP...imagine a 20+ flr HDB mscp in SG...first of its kind...haha. Every1 will be spinning like mad when driving up or down...haha.

Ya very true Babymaro, imagine for those staying at the upper floors.... - Walk to 2nd flr of mscp - Walk via linkway to own block (and risk being 'ambushed') - Either take lift to 21st flr or 1st flr for TRANSIT - Change to other lift to go to higher flrs - Reach own flr FINALLY OMG! This is rather dumb.... Anyway, also noticed the many closed doors at the many stairways....next time can bring doggies there to play hide and seek....haha

Can see that u guys are having fun with the lifts. Will hope to be able to join in the party more often after we moved in. On the lift, why cant they make the higher-flr lifts service the 2nd floor too? This will make it easier to access the mscp via the 2nd flr linkway... Anyway, oc and me checked out the sky-garden for the 1ST TIME on Sat (ya...u heard it right...1st time ever since we got our keys). Must admit that we can find a lot of 'cosy' corners. Especially the benches which are facing the HDB hub. No1 can see u unless they have binos. Haha. Also didnt notice that there are lifts in the mscp...OMG...we are 'suaku'. Any other things which we have missed out? Am really looking forward to moving in....
