  4. Why does the buyer request for re-valuation ? i think since the cheque bounce , you have the right not to sell him since he never pay "any option fee"
  5. Ballot is suppose to be fairest provided it is open to all applicants..like Pri Sch registration..but HDB ballot was never open, so how to define fair in this case ? I see some applicants easily get a flat while other try for many times, never get a good number
  6. What 90% scheme ? i still think this ballot system is not "open''..can be fair (if done properly) & unfair (if not done properly) why don't HDB adopt the Pri 1 Registration ballot system..we all take leave go there and witness /wait

  12. Important note, for the first qn, the combine income should be less the $8K, not $5k! After looking at the price of resale flat, DBSS flat..i almost fainted..Just like to find out how much are you earning and what is yr currently monthly installments for a flat ? Thanks!

You can PM me, if you find inconvenient to disclose here I have viewed some units at TPY Lor7/8 area..all built in the early 1970s..and i am going to be the 3rd owner..which i am abit worry already..and now u mention about the loan part, makes me more worried..if a flat has <60yr lease, where can we loan from ? only HDB ? but i am no longer eligible for HDB loan as this will be my 2nd flat

Ya, 50K COV is too much, dun let him get his way ...else the next mth HDB valuation will be higher..i read in ST Forum that HDB based on the last transacted resale price to determine the valuation.So if the last transacted price is say $250K (incl 50K COV), the next valuation for the same area will be from $250k onward ..
