I oso agree with user101 suggestion. Maybe current ah soon customers can post here now... but then the price is irresistible to those cash strapped home owners, they will still be willing to go for it. As the savings is quite substantial.

The 47" lcd tv is full HD according to the sales man.. but so upset,only 2 HDMI port.dunno abt the rest of the specs.. nearly bought but decided wait 4 my LED tv price to drop.

im stayin in the top floor & i dun even dare to bbq at balcony... later fire brigade come knocking on my house when pple see smoke coming out of my unit..

Wow..read some stories here..I think my case was not so bad.. Ah Soon picked up 80% of my calls, even called me back if he missed my calls, fly me aeroplane only few times, during renovation phase 90% of the time got at least 1 worker working, although sometimes tortoise pace, he exceeded our dateline by 2 weeks, didnt give us the freebies requested..minor la.. My inlaw tell me laminate floor some edges got problem, i oso feel the laminate floor got 1 area bit pop up..not sure wanna ask him to rectify.

So many missed calls from Ah Soon..I forgot bring hp during lunch time.. wah...can buy 4D if received calls from him... Anyway its settled already, he say paid to someone but someone never pay to the tiler,I called the tiler, the tiler oso say settled aredy..& thank me.. Maybe blue diamond can edit my quote..i dun wan this kinda one off misunderstanding to affect Ah Soon reputation.

Wow...dats bad stormcontrol... Lucky my Inlaws and wife were not so angry but slightly pissed off over the slow progress of the reno, made worse coz they are staying there...uncle still owe us 2 glass shelves in the toilets. Everytime call will say tomorrow or the next day, but never come...hehehe so used to it aredy. will keep calling till he finally come.

Well at that time, we were chasing for him to complete the works coz house was in a mess, dusty and dirty.. We were so relieved after its over...didnt realise oso my MIL gave him full payment liao when works 90% completed.. now IL oso never ask me to ask him about the rest of the table top..so let it be. But we installed an additional bi-fold door for store room, he charged us $200...isit reasonable? When he brought the samples, it felt like wood..hehe, thot ok till it was installed...does the more branded laminate like supreme etc the same?

Well ya..agreed..my IL missed out on certain points.like. - Kitchen table top he promised us to change for us granite but on actual installation only 1/4 of the table top surface can change to granite coz the base is wood so cannot change.. IL did not haggle about price reduction. - Laminate so far i hate the laminate he install for my In law place rather pay bit more for quality laminate..it feels like steppin on plastic. - Some other stuff which he agreed to do verbally but all end up not done like giving us free glass shelves in the bathrooms. Better write everything in black & white coz sometimes his quotation description very brief..

Hello, anyone meeting or contacting Ah Soon..hope can convey my message to him. My MIL have accidentally made full payment to him but he has not completed his works. He still owe us 2 partitions in the bathrooms and chasing him for a week+ aredy,he keep postponing the installation. Now he don't answer our calls. Haiz..at this part very sian...MIL kp calling my hp to chase me.

Oh..ground floor maisonette, of coz got different. The higher it is the more expensive it will get. I nearly got a ground floor EM sometime back too. The surroundings is so nice, the neighbours place benches, swings, planted flowers, potted plants etc like botanic garden aredy. I dont think the land belong to them though, but wife back out coz she want privacy and better view. Think have to chase the agent, like my case, the seller agent waited till max period of 45-60 days(If i remember correctly) before he registered for the 1st appointment coz seller was looking for house. Thus, agent was dragging in my case. Dat EM i mentioned above dont have back door but some EMs like the one near tamp mall have back door and i notice the area is slightly bigger.

Helo bleus, U mentioned price...isit cheap or exp..the way u sound seems like very cheap..hehe My frd bought an EM at Yishun Ring Road there..ard $370k mid level, nicely renovated..quite a good price as compared to EM in Tamp or Pasir Ris... Dun dare recommend u contractor..can read up & decide for yourself..
