  3. you are Right ! didnt see the one that is from MBR to Common toilet snowman - yes this is what i understand from the HDB officer. All trunkings should come in from the board. this is how mine is run like that link to my Air cons trucking http://www.renotalk.com/forum/index.php?au...464&cat=286 how come your have to go one round ? do you consider going thru the board? I understand some of us run the trunking from one of the bed rooms which is nicer. mine was run on the walkway a hole will be made thru the board. so that trunking can go thru the board. i dunno why this rule. My Ex contractor told me when we are doing the Air Con trunking.
  4. if my memory serve me correct there should not be s drainage at the common toilet. My Air is installed at the wall behind the common toilet. I remember the technican having to drill thru to bring the pipe and drain off at the shower area. the purpose for the drain pipe is such that the water from the A/C unit to be drain off to thru the MBR toilet. I do remember for my unit there should be a pipe from kitchen to the service yard.

  12. ok think most of the ID will do that. if possible for pple engaging ID you may want to have a clause that if they cant delivery on time some form of compensation or discount on the Reno pricing. but pro & con. Pro - they are likely to complete in time Con - hopfully dun just rush the job..
