think when collect key we already pay first installment. during my first apptment they gave me a finanical plan (I had my HLE then) when the letter to collect key comes, there is a workout financal plan without your CPF yet. When you go for the appointment they will work it out and show to you.(if i rem correctly) HDB Loan they will clear everything of the OA account. during collecting key, think the first installment is also deducted. Think most of the items should be listed in the appointment letter. There should also be a list of flats for selections enclosed. do some homework if got time go to location to take a look. have a few choice unless you q no is the first for the day. While waiting, look at the display at the waiting area it will show units that are still avaible =) You can keep track of the unit avaible from HDB site. Next have alot of patience, i waited for abt an 1hr. bring ATM or $$. hope this is useful all the best:)

You may want to call HDB directly for the enquiries. Although it will take a while to get thru. Also consider using My HDBpage. I had a few enquiries which answers cannot be found on the web at the end I call them up using the no. when i login to My HDBpage. it took a while but my enquires are answered. For AHG if i recall correctly there is certain criteria perhaps you can also chk when they call. hope above is useful

Look like I am your new neighbour in the neighbourhood. Have you collect your keys? Have you look at the ID around the area? they have some show flat. I had yet decide on contactor.
