  4. Friends of Linear Green, some information from shop -- stainless steel prices likely to go up next week i.e. item increase price. My Wife went to buy sink from a shop (<$180 I am not sure wherether allowed to indicate name here, but can look at my blog for address & details of my sources if you are interested) recommended by Her Aunty, I peronnally find the item cheaper then another shop. 13. congras! I am a practical person hee hee (or pple say square type) anyway young couples usually doesnt have lot of $$ so need to look at what you really need no matter what must have then if there is still extra consider those that are good to have It is likely you may be tied down by Wedding/banquet preparation also. if possible avoid loans. the interest may be high. if you are using credit cards, or credit line or ready credit make sure you can top it up in time to avoid high interest. sometime simple may be the way in order not to complicates matters my 5cents worth.

  22. BTW the gas heater sold by City gas is from Rinnai. They actually brought a 5L as the 8L is not in yet. As such no charges for the heater but there is a uninstallation charge $50 I think it could be due to safety reasons?
  23. Hi anyone had use Power Saving Device before? is is useful? check out this link
  24. Power Saving Device anyone use before? is it useful?
  25. Thank! DSA if the Heater is in the bath room, water inlet/outlet can be connected, with copper pipe and gas pipe if hole can be drill thru the top of bi fold frame of the service yard and routed thru the toilet's ventilation window then drill thru the wall can be avoided. Make sure there is a power tool availble to do the drilling when Citygas's contractor come to do installations. This could be somthing that is missing for my installation. hmmm.. anyway DSA solution is an alternative for consideration.
