if you had 1st appointment liao the 2nd appointment should be within 3 mths, HLE is vaild for 3 mths. for my case HDB extended my HLE for me as it expired abt 3-4 days before my appointment all the best for your second appt. or by the way alot of things to sign the appointment letter will advies roughly how much to bring along. if you want to apply for the electricity and water it can be done after that

I think it is due to difference scheme that the sale is on. my was deducted some time after 2nd appointment. now OA kanna wipe out. If you have HLE bring on the 1st appointment. My Case officer workout an estimated finanical plan for us to plan.

opps 7 days should be the timeframe to submit the docs. thinking back mine took abt 2-3 wks. I brought my HLE in my first appoint they worked out an estimated finanical plan. They also extended my HLE so that just nice for my 2nd appointment. ( I also apply for the Feb WIS but quota full so didnt get).
