actually today is just the 1st day just came back from our home those wires that's supposed to be re-run has been done, most of the switch covers has been replaced and new bifold doors' up! woohooo~

Metalsubzero: the flat's valued at $395k. cov $5. and yes, its 110sqm. condition ok lor .. the seller was 2nd owner. stayed for 3yrs. they did the flat a bit when they got it unfortunately there's no wiw hahaha. but the mbr will be split into 2 parts with a partition
