the officer did not know when we will be able to collect keys, she just mention that if the keys are not handover by 30 apr 2009 we can sue HDB...hahaha... from the threads, since the project will be able to be handover to HDB by mid july, we should be able to get keys by sep/oct ba...hopefully....guess HDB won hold so long... mi also wanting to get reno done and move in prob by end 08. episy, wah...service yard good view, we will be able to play mj there. too bad the living room is partially block, it will be great for those with outer units and high floor as mentioned will be able to see great view!!

yesterday i just went to sign my agreement to lease, from the officer, if your are taking the keys not too long after the HLE expires, they would extend the HLE for you, but if too long, then bo bian have to reapply, the officer told me that when the letter for collection of keys comes, they will inform u to apply for HLE again or not. i also quite kia shu, applied for HLE quite a while ago liao...also might have to reapply again, when keys collection comes.

yah, they did quite a number of units from linear green, plus one more contractor i met. my guess is that most is from sers project, once they know your block is up for sers,they will give flyers to you and try to push for business lo, thats how they one shot did so much "projects"

you tried to called the officer incharge of you? forget the name but should have given you during flat selection. i guess the moving in part should not expect anything earlier then oct/nov ba, after reno, cos the keys allocation not very fast leh.... according to one of the post somewhere in this thread, the bedok hub upgrade should only happen somewhere before 2018...very long hor..hahaha...look forward to it ba

have you go for the appt to sign the agreement of lease? the 2k option fee should be able to refund you via bank account or cheque. now 221a still haven painted and installed windows, but i guess the work should be able to be complete by end july. keys wise i think not so soon.

i taken 2 pics from the site. my block 221b from the playground. the view from 14flr 219c, great view, can see the city scape, will be able to see ships along east coast on 17flr! Been there again briefly this morning, block 221b almost completed, can see almost all windows closed and should be done, now left with 221a no windows and no paint. just realised that there is no direct covered link my the mscp to block 221a side, so have to either walk out a bit or through the playground side. how much cash do we agar need to come out with when we collect keys? eg, gas,water, fees... we dun need cash when we sign the agreement lease rite? i think the heater should be placed in the public toilet ba...cannot put in service yard... for the hanging of clothes inside the flats, i scared if there is not enuff sunshine or wind ah, the clothes might get stinky....and the fews poles outside confirm not enuff for u to put 2 adults clothes for a week...hmm, another point to ponder.... cacky,the option fee gets return to you either by cheque or direct credit into your bank, just bring along your bank book on the day of signing lease agreement...

cacky those red blue markings on the wall and suggested piping for your pipes to run from the heater. Bubbly, i guess the pics you took are from 5 rm unit? Any idea will be 4 rm ones be the same? except for the vanity from 5rm MBR? and the pics of the toilet is it from public toilet or MBR toilet? all units provided with shower head? so good ah? but i see the basin confirm cannot make it, will defintely change it if that is in the MBR. and if i not wrong, the toilet bowl does not come with half/full flush function. only standard 1 push.

the problem with the tv socket at the short wall can be easliy solved as explained by one contractor that they will pull the cable and hide the socket point and hide the cable under your new flooring and hook it up to the long wall side lo. but for those who gotten hdb ceramic flooring then i think will have a problem.

personally i think doing up the grills and windows at the service yard is a must must, as the rain would definetly splash in esp if your unit if the more "exposed" ones facing outside. i think now new units all have service yard without windows, duno who came out with this brillant idea.....the next concern is privacy of cos, as units to units and units to corridor quite near you dun wan people to peep or see what you doing there rite? i am still against extending the short wall to accomodate the tv as i dun like the idea of confined space again in a small living room liao, wants my living room to be as spacious as possible. i guess the mbr toilet should not have problem changing ba, but everything only can be 100% sure we got keys and see for ourselves what is the state of it...
