yah,i got my HLE extended till Oct after i faxed in my salary payslip again, guess you really should call your officer in charge to check on your queries, and yes, they are helpful.

HDB will call/mail you to update them again your salary status if need be before the HLE expires. Same situation for me. So now my HLE expires Oct, good enuff for keys collection.

according to reliable resource, out block 221b already handed over to HDB liao, should be getting appt to collect keys in the next 2 weeks. Eager too...

you should be able to change the key collection date to a furthe date if you dun wana open door during the 7th month which i dun wana do so too. as for the defects checking think someone already mention that the defects should be reported 7 days after keys collection or anytime before the renovation starts right?

congrats!! 221B is ready liao , pending HDB inspection, should be getting keys real soon, but as the lunar 7th month is here, should be holding to after that passed then have open door. Eager as i am, already went up yesterday to see see my unit...haha

yah, isc90152, toking about congestion, i think it will be a BIG issue after everyone moves in, considering the fact that the only fast way out to ECP or PIE will be the exit at the swimming pool side, with that small exit point, sure jam up, think LTA must do a traffic light junction there to ease some jam which will be eminent esp during morning peak hour.
