do u all find that the more the cleans clean the lift, the more dirty it becomes...now the lift cant even view to the other side!!!so blur...cant the cleaner do anyh=thig? i ever saw the clean walkout with a cloth and when i walked in after him, the whole lift doesnt seems to be clean or being wipe out at all!!! can the mgmt do anything? the mirror inside is also blur with the cloth not being clean at all...wipe n wipe and it becom so blur...

HIHI,,.. did any of you saw any suspicious pple hanging ard your area? esp at the rubbish chute area? recently or these few days, we have saw many unfamilliar faces hanging over the area at our block. 1st is a pair of malay couple who seems to be quarreling there, then, got 2 guys keep peeping into the living room....3rd, my neighbour came home late 1 day and saw 2 person, peeping at both our living rrom from the rubbish chute area ard 11plus pm. then today, saw 1 guy at the rubish chute area with drozzy eyes, like taken some drugs or sniff glue... then when they decided to walk bk to him, he faster claim, its ok...nuthing and walk off... im beginning to worry...so eyes are peeping in my living room... we are use to open our doors as it has got better ventilation. now with this happening... im worried and concern... our rubbish area is facing the bustop hence opposite blocks cant help to see... will observe these few days again....

so much of those crawlies around, how to get rid of them? as for the mio home plan, go for the analog line and you should be fine

hey guys, i no most of us are working in the day...i was off last week and realise after school hours, students will come in groups, mixture of male n female and they will walk to the stair of the block and stay there...u no that our stairs are quiet quiet and corner ncover up.duno wat did they do but bet its hanky panky..must find out...haha.sekali got glue sniffing lah.keke...

all, i saw a suspicious guy at blk 220B late last nite at 1plus am, the block where sean stays. you may b thinkin where im look at. im facing the otherside of the block. He walks into the staircase of level four and turns his back and he eyes caught us. he went to the stair and came out after 5mins alone. then he look up and saw us starring at him again. he went back into the stairs again and turn again. after which he did not show up again. he is wearing all black but confirm he is a malay cos his skin clour ist he typical malay colour. he is also carrying a black bag. im not trying to be racist but do be careful. sean, he is hiding at the othr stairs away from u, not the one near u.. those coming bk late, please ensure u look into the stairs...protect yr loves ones.. you mayb thinkingwhy are we looking bcos my laptop is at the side, i can easily sees someone from my blind spot.

there is also a stupid design at blk 219C leading to the carpark? why reconstruct the link way to the carpark yet, block the link when it reaches the carpark? you will have to walk from 219C towards the shelter linkway towards the carpark...

whats with the construction here? Are the china construction comingout with new and correct layout for the walkway? did any of you observe on the insect, millipede crawling aroung the estate especially in the morn? it's so unsightly and disguesting. They will also crawl to the level 1 unit! Oh, i kana the first cockroach. it's on its way crawling into my house just outside my door when it happens that my wife is going to walk and she had a one to one confrontation. everything suddenly went silent. then she step on the ground to try to make the cockroach U-turn, which it did and gong gon hide under her slipper, sensing it will make its way in, she pluck up the courage and step on her slipper and you can see all the splatter of the organs against the pipe wall. EEEks... makes me do the dirty job again but it was not till at night then she told me about the mess outside the door.haha. hum...

wow, its been a long long time since the forum is down...hope everyone is fine. anyways,my flushing problem seems to be back,i had not been using then master toilet, only emergency when the common one is occupied, but the **** can come back to the WC about 2 days later!! so kua zhang rite? i saw that the water suddenly turn brownish and flush it away, then it came back again! only after i flush it about 2 more times then it din come back...OMG....is this due to the lack of use of is there really something wrong with the WC system. also saw that there is a notice that the lift is under surveillance, duno real or not leh, din see the cam though....think yet to be fitted ba.

business no good. blk 219 kopitiam hock kian mee n noodle stall close dw.actually they r nt bad... blk 219C front is a walkpath towards the other side of the road but they seal it up! have to walk all the way to the bustop then can turn...stupid...must giv them a deadline,if nt,alwas delay.... jog from our side to east coast makan n walk bk! took 1hr plus...not bad n good experience...must try if u haven try...

it is due to the flushing system,either the amount of water is not enuff, or you will need to contact BSC to change the whole WC for you. i also have this problem at my master toilet,but too late lah, no choice have to leave with it lo, have to flush about 2 or 3 times.

im back... trafficwise, nt that clear but saw some pple, most ly teenages, sitting at the side of the road and at the carparks to record how many pple and how many cars are passing by this area. they are looking inti this area problem. another problem is that i realise ther is some irresponsible owner who brings their dog dw for daily walk but i realise ther do not pci kup their dog poo poo at all and leave it there! there was once this jack rusell that i pass by. they were strolling along 221C to wards 221B at the road nearer to the bustop and this lady jus do not care, even when i stare at her as i walk past her, she act blur and dun care. good fertiliser but not a good LG neighbour. Hope these owners can teach their maid or owners that to pick up your own dog poo poo and not let pple accidentally step on them. oh yah, my blk kena loansharks cum and ask for money from the neighbours staying below my level, luckily not the same unit which makes me worry about the security ard here. pple, please becareful when your ladies or female friends cum bk late at night. dun kana the loansharks runner ok. any happening pple here wana go for jog?nw aimng for joggin session here.
