who can we complain to wif regards to the crazy aunty who keep shouting n shouting in the afternoon..duno what is she angry n shouting abt..i think its on level 2 or level 3 at blk 221b... im alreadi irritated by the dwstairs owner who's dog barks in the morning, forcing mi to wake up early. then afternoon kana this kuku aunty..alwas quarrel de... she will jus shout n shout...bet blk 220 resident also can hear...if she got mental prob, can the family send her to see psychatrist pls...keep her there...

anyone's tap spoilt? my shower tap turner spoilt, i think the rubber inside it might be spoilt as when i push up to on it, water pressure is lower and when i turn, sometimes there is no water. any solution to change? whole thing or just the turner?

our estate is only set for 2012, installation 1st time is free, but if you reject and wants it next time, it will be $220 for first 15M trunking and sub 5M $33. trunking will be from outside DP box into your house so drilling is a must and it is recommended to install the fiber box near to tv point. be prepared to have lotsa power points near it too.

i spray insecticide leh....the ants keep cumingto the livingroom via the corridoor area..cant tahan...cos the tiles is milky white,so wheneveri see black things crawling n moving...i will step them to die..hahah..then i put the erm, is is call the moth ball, outside mi door then spray insecticide n they stop coming...

i m using serta too, so far no problem, just have to turn the mattress around every now and then as it tends to sink in, which i think is quite a common problem for all mattress. i like serta mattress for its "hardness"

anyone hearthe continuous dog barking from blk 220B...i think its 5room...or the 4 room cos it jus bark non-stop from 1130m till close to 12am!!! so fed up and i believe its a mature dog..cos of the barking sound...young pups dun bark till like that de...

i'm sure the value is close, as no more water flow to the water tank after flushing but i suspect the blue thingy inside the water tank still continue to supply water to the tank very very slowly as after sometime,my tank will be full again, and as it still continue to supply water,it over flow from the pipe out from the tank plumber job???

anyone encounter problem with the WC water system? just found out that my master BR toilet which has seldom been use start leaking below the WC water tank area, identify that the leakage might be from the water supply that add water to the tank after flushing, decided to tighten then found out the leakage now come from the water pipe in the tank that control the overflow, strange thing is i turn off the valve that supply water to the tank which means water will not flow to the tank after i flush but like after few hours the tank start to fill up with full water again and the overflow start leaking water out again??? wth, can anyone help?? adjust water level? or how come i turn off valve still water can go in????

i duno whether is it becos of the metal content that the pink or WC become pink cos i also encounter the same problem, but what i do is just scrub lo, what to do, and also the floor tiles easily become dirty leh, esp the groove, get blacken easily...haiz.... all i can say not easy to maintain
