Hi Ideasmiths, The appt is 1.30 to 3.30pm.. maybe u PM me your number and when the guy come i let u know. see whether that time u ok a not.. when i get my keys i ask for the ROM thing. was told lastest need to produce the cert only by 2010. the latest date when the flats are supposed to be finish. think whether u apply AHG or not it is the same. but again i could be wrong..

Hi, My water level for the 2 toilet was low at first. quite low from the pipe hole in the toilet bowl Try to adjust myself but not much of a difference. Water pressure (the power of the flush) is also low. So i call up BSC and mention to them this problem and they managed to help me increase the water level a bit. now the water level is near the pipe hole though water pressure still not strong. hope this helps. maybe tonight i go see my current house toilet bowl for the half flush and full flush thing and see whether we can modify ours to have this feature..

Hi DSA, U say until i like very bad like that lei. I just say my first impression of her thru that one single teleconversation. i get what u mean as i handle customer as well and my job scope is very similar to her except my is IT. but i dont really agree that she is doing us a big favour like that by entertaining my request on the defects. we pay for the house, we expect the house to be in a good condition. Now i am just reporting those supposed to be good or correct things to her. This is her job and she get paid for this. I am not even asking for more. And of course i didnt treat her badly or what. i spoke to her nicely. u say like i scold her like that and very proud like that. . Maybe its the way i phrase my sentence. Pardon me as my english not good.. Anyway i shld be reporting the defects this week.

Hi DSA, U have 4 over pages in defects huh? can help me check my house??haha treat u kopi after that.. i only able to see 10 over defects. and one more thing, i contacted the TO thru phone and when i ask her can report defects more than 1 time,the TO give me the impression that i should report whatever defects in one go. Tell her that maybe i miss out some during first inspection mah and she was like not very happy.give me impression she not very willing to help us. anyway its just the first talk and she might be irrated by my questions.. haha . hope she is friendly and helpful in person. Hi lovelee, so your toilet doors got key inserition hole? mine dun have. think all other pple got. i going to report as defect liao. One more thing regarding the main door, does the main door close slow and automatic when u leave it open, as in it will swing back and close it? cos my just stuck at the abt to close position. need to push it to close it.

hi limegreen, mine if i dun remember wrongly is no key insertion hole one.. the hole is like filled up one. maybe mine they give me the wrong knob.. any other guys can confirm this? my main door no stopper. yours?

Hi DSA, think the toilet doors lock are meant to be this way. no key insertion hole. u can use coin to open the door if u happen to lock it. those who get their keys can confirm? sakli is only my bathroom door no key hole. haha

hi all, what are the defects u guys check huh? i did a check on fri but my check might not be detail. maybe we can organise a grp visit to whoever collect keys so that we can help spot defects. btw when is the latest time we need to report defects huh? is it 7 days after u collect key or before reno can liao?

hi DSA, so how we go abt reporting defects to BSC huh? i went inspect my house and spot quite a bit of defects lei. . so how will they rectify the defects? they have keys to access the house? btw the glass of the aircon window is frosted.

Any1 been to *****? ? 3) Do u all think is feature wall for TV is needed? 4) For those 4room neighbours, how would u place ur wardrobe in the master bedroom?
