small pix updates MBR with platform and violet purple .. erm i think the wall look nicer at night ..cause will seems darker hee. new ceiling color. compressor blower in MBR blower in study rm blower in guess rm duno why my cam cant reproduce the exact color.. supposed to be light brown this pic show more of the actual ceiling false color stainless steel bar used for my long wall thats all for now.. next week after deepavali is carpentry time !

Hi Koi Just checked.... paid 3.2K for the upgrade from package feature wall to this 7.4M wallpaper wall + HHS tic-tac door + internal console today last minute decided to drop by to check the re-paint... my wife and I really love our walls now... esp the MBR purple ! will post more pics tml when the aircond blower is installed ... stay tuned !

some id said cant install storage heater , some said cant install instant... haha the fact is... we can install based on our preference ! personally i like storage ... as the pipe already run and i like rain shower.... however my wife prefer instant as it use lesser water and in case 1 spoilt the other 1 still can work ... 0.o Finally decided on instant electrical heater . . . but yet to buy la.. considering 707 protek or Techno =P

if its HDB.. then its a rare one.... mbr with WIW section and bathtub 0.0 .. also bay windows... really look like private housing.

hmm .. maybe coz I nv do any major hacking/flooring/tiling works ba.. thats why seems fast . not sure too ... seems like a bit diff den lollipop. supplier gave wrong next mon-tue goin to repaint and clear debris. wednesday installing air-cond blower and washing so probably next week will have nicer photos !

today shocked by what we see right after opened the door. first, was to see windows grilled are up ! second, we don't know why our living wall painted PINK same to MBR .. immediately called our ID, after checked with him, the supplier gave the wrong color... so will need to redo... luckily just small issue no matter what .. here are some pics to share.... living to dining area.... silver lines are up with touch up to be done when installing wallpaper foyer... decided to change the ceiling color as it appear too dark than expected. here is the MBR with platform covered... cfm not the violet purple it supposed to be common room lights..bright enough and finally the room with correct color

tonight nope..as you see from the pics.... my console is in inner part.. . better that way.. i feel a protrude console not so suitable... =P .erm means your console will have round edge near bedroom side?

similar to my experience last april.... went to see some re-purchased units that i shortlisted.... just based on exterior factor... already a no-no decision =\ .. some have dim corridor ( went at night ) , bad main door positioning .... facing temple etc.... all in all, site survey is a must !

haha ... already 5 days since i last visited my place.... really curious how is the progress...

hmm.. whole reno cost around 25k +/- also not sure ex or not just hope it turn out something nice haha no la .. the untouched are not showed ... like toilets/common bedrooms..... mainly only living and MBR ya will be narrow .. but still quite long ba... sure .. will update again this friday .... today should be started painting then friday installing lightings
