just back from 2nd appointment with the ID. The price range really made me double from the cheapest that i've got.

for me , go visit can only still 3 mths away from keys collection and another 3 mths to move in IDs commented our MBR quite big , can even fit in WIW w/o hacking

Corridor unit have so much space inside to put shoe rack as the foyer area quite big. u can take 99 to go BLSC the money changers there have better rates... hee.

ya. its qoute tiring ... so far only 1 id impressed me and my wtb suprisingly its a young lady her idea make me feel "why-no-id/myself-ever-think-of-this" maybe young ppl mind alike. haha. ya learnt alot from from ppl here.

its hard to determine which area is whose because the doors is too close to each other. the usage of the common area will be a headache issue ... just hope that can reach a mutual compromise level. for myself ... feel so heart pain when I saw the foot steps on my wall not 1 but so many of them ! looking forward for the your HDB reply too !

dont know yet. no news for AHG application yet. also just realised to get AHG, need to submit ROM cert when collect key. The problem now is my HLE expiring on 6 Sept , my ROM is 10 sept means earliest to collect key for me will be 11 sept. by then my HLE expired what are the bus service nos ? Just went to my unit again... my neighbour already decorated my exterior wall with shoes step also their shoes is everywhere in the long corridor ! doesn't feel good .. hopefully things will change when they know its going to occupied.

it happened before. the reason is HDB holding too many unsold flats .. in short overbuilt. so they lowered the price... this was during SARS period. for now, as you can see, most flat is sell in BTO mode. currently for a new 5rm premium flat is about 250k-300k but in current BTO 5 room range from 300k up. IMO they already included the possible price rise for the 3 years. i guess its hard for new hdb price to drop. they can just reduce BTO launches.

the snapping for the last 47 units only took 1 1/2 day . i tot those low floor ppl wun wan but suprisingly this 2 days sales is crazy well iluvmybeans .. if you cant wait for oct ballot ( i think 1K+ flats ) , the you still have 30-40k grant to look forward if you buy resale. hope you find you dream house soon and settle well to welcome your baby

thats with effect of may 08. This is april ballot so not counted. last time WIS even worse, you need camp overnight for a chance to own a house. now ballot depend on luck. I once asked some questions regarding hdb appointment and stated i feel everything came too fast , instantly quite a few ppl scolding me =.= with all sorts of reason .. generally they feel I not even needed/wanted a flat now but still went for ballot. i guess its a sensitive issue about ballot... a lot failed numerous times so the heat is there.
